Avalon Motel — Hotel in Saugus

It's a cheap hotel, so if you stay here you must account for the price. It's right off RT 1 which is near Boston, Lynn and many other surrounding cities and towns. The staff are friendly and nice. They didn't give me grief over trying to find my service dog certificate when I stayed with my dog Zoe. The TV has premium channels. They have a list of great local restaurants around and lots of ice. Now it's not the best hotel there ever was that's for sure. It's a cheap place so there is no fridge in the room, nor is there a coffee machine or complementary waters like you will find at fancier places. It smells musky, the lighting is dim and the water pressure could be better. However if your looking for a cheap room to sleep in for the night or to relax in this can deff be your place. They have WIFI as well which is important to me since I am in school...

I brought a bed bug infestation from this place to my apartment it took me a very little by time to get rid of it and 1000 dollars later the iris guy at the desk is racist he doesn't rent to people of color there's no one at night can't even report the incident to no one until next day customer service sucks, ||||I called two times to this motel the guy said that he has a lot of room left but 5 minutes later when I arrived to the motel with my girlfriend he said oh we are sold out .||||The same happened the second time I called ||And then a third time ||||This is another example of racism in Massachusetts I've been coming to this motel for 4 years and nobody denied me any room just this guy . But whatever ||Motor inn is right on the other side of route one I'm gonna give it a try it seems nice online...

Old damaged furniture. Toilet did not work well and the sink filled with water each time it was used. The bed was made when we e wetted the room however the rest of the room looked like it wasn’t clean thoroughly. There was empty food wrappers under the bed and visible dirt on the carpet. T)3 second night of the stay the guest in the room next to ours was yelling and screaming at the owners of the motel . I couldn’t believe they let her behave that way and did not ask her to leave the motel. I would need go there again or recommend to anyone. This place should be investigated by the town of Saugus and the state of Massachusetts. DO...
