I have found that the app has been acting up recently and I checked to make sure I had the latest version and I donât need an update for it. Usually when I scan an item on the shelf it will bring me to the item and allow me to add it to my bag, or I can click and hold on the item to find where it is located in the store, as will as find if there are an deals and/or coupons for the item. This all of a sudden stopped working. Also, when I hold on the item to find where to find it in the store it brings me to the store locater (even if I have a preferred store already) and it makes me select the store for this one item or as preferred store and neither selection works.    Read moreI was able to scan the items in my cart using the Walgreens app and it suggested coupons/deals I could add to my rewards account and then applied those savings at checkout after I entered in my phone number associated to my Walgreens reward account. Also, Jacqueline at checkout was very personable and engaging and made me feel like a valued customer. I went back the next day to pickup and they still haven't even attempted to call the doctor. When I asked why the pharmacist litteraly told me "because I had like 100 prescriptions to fill yesterday, we can't fill this for you sir." And gave me my prescription back.
