Burger King — Restaurant in Saugus

Came in through the drive through at around 9 PM on 1/1/19. The process of ordering was easy enough. However, when I got to the window, I remembered that I had forgot to ask for no ice in one of the drinks. While I was handing over my card I asked an older lady to please take out the ice of the other drink. Before I was able to even finish my sentence, she walked away and closed the window in my face while I was still talking. She did take the ice out of my drink, but she did it very sloppily and didn't bother getting a new cup or even wiping off the soda from when she dumped it out. She handed us a cup, sticky'd with its own juices. She also never even swiped my card or gave it back until another gentleman was handing us our food and noticed we didn't pay and asked for payment. I had to explain that my card was sitting there on the counter. He promptly charged the card and gave us our food and receipt. I can definitely say I was a little heated after that exchange but let it go. The food was good, my bun looked like part of the top layer had been picked off but it tasted good, looked good and is the only reason why this review gets 3 stars. Definitely won't be going to this Burger King...

The absolute worst bk in the state .Located right next to a Macdonalds that does it right and there sometimes is a 30 car wait at McDonald’s and people will wait instead of going to this junk restaurant. Not one but 2 terrible experiences. After getting cold food twice and asking for hot food a third time I pulled up at 1040.pm this wed night . The sign says open til 11 or later. No one in line. I pull up to order waited 15 mins and noticed a car pulled behind me. When I got no one to answer I slowly pulled to window only to find out the car behind me was the bk employee who closed early and was waiting in the car behind me with the store closed. They were waiting outside for 15 mins outside in there cars. The lights then flicked off and he pulled up and said we closed at 10. I knew he lied because it was now almost 11 and he had no good excuse why he was behind me at drive thru instead of in the store doing his job. That’s it for me at this store. Stay away. No one goes there. I figured 15 cars at macdonalds and no cars there let me go quick. Nope the employees were sitting in there...

Absolutely poor customer service. I went through the drive thru. The order taker did not have customer service skills. I ask the promotion on the chicken fries was still available. The promotion was buy one chicken fries and get a second one for $1. She had no clue of what I was talking about. Then she went to say okay you want to chicken fries as she was going to charge me full price for the second one. So after I received my order the didn’t even give me the sauce I ask for…. Nothing in the bag. When I get home one box only had 6 pieces and 2nd only had 7 pieces when it suppose to a 9 piece for both. Never going to this one ever again. The people are very rude and not...
