I would absolutely not recommend this store.
Unlike other UPS locations (some of which are less than a mile away), this store:
charges more for the same products requires you to rent their computer to print despite that being a service they advertise as being cost effective has very dismissive employees who were rude and disrespectful to me personally and I observed being disrespectful to other customers while I was waiting in line knowingly has incorrect hours and the employees lie about it (the UPS store says they close at 6, but the employees insist they have always closed at 4 and it’s “Google’s fault”, even though google does say 4)
Every other store I have visited has been much more helpful and the employees are friendly, even if they all state they have heard multiple complaints about this location. There is clearly an ongoing issue with the staff.
I will be going any of the other close, reliable, and friendly locations in the future, and I recommend everyone...
   Read moreMy mom went to this location to drop something off for me. I am a frequent customer and know the process of dropping off a return. My mother went with the QR code in hand and the guy at the counter wasn't just super dismissive, he wouldn't even look at the scanner and told her to return it to the USPS. A short time later, my dad went in AFTER my mom tried to return it to USPS and the lady behind the counter said it is a UPS return, which I already knew.. since I drop off returns all the time at this location. The guy was extremely rude to my father and the lady working with him had to tell him to stop talking. This guy should learn to treat people with respect and do the job he is being paid for. UPS should really consider keeping someone who can't control his emotions and does not want to do his job around. There are so many people looking for jobs, I'm sure someone better fit...
   Read moreI've been a loyal customer of this UPS Store since moving to Saugus 10 years ago. Over the years, I’ve shipped countless packages here without a single issue—until now. During a recent visit, while I was in the process of shipping a package and adding insurance, another associate (who was helping a different customer) abruptly interrupted my conversation with the staff member assisting me. They rudely informed me that they would not ship my package due to its contents.
I explained that I’ve shipped the same type of items through this location many times before without any problems, but I was still refused service. The lack of professionalism and inconsistency in service were disappointing, to say the least.
