Siesta Sun Villas — Hotel in Siesta Key

We stayed here mid August though to September, and we have now stayed here several times, and we honestly wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay if we are visiting this area. The location is only a five minute walk to the amazing beach and a few minutes to cafes/bars/restaurants/shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and bright. There is a private pool outside which the kids absolutely loved. There are also plenty of TVs within the rooms with various channels should you want some time relaxing inside. The beds are also worth mentioning - they are VERY comfortable. The co owner, David, also called by to make sure everything was fine and that there weren't any issues. There were also some handy extras, such as carts to transport the kids/equipment to the beach, and inflatable equipment for the kids to use in the pool. The last time we came before this time was 2018, and I can safely say it is just as fantastic as it always was, and we will 100% be back again...

An awesome vacation villa with a great location on Siesta Key. Everything I needed was within walking distance including one of the most beautiful beaches you've ever been to. Shopping, dining, public transportation, bars and anything else you think of is a short walk away. It's an Old Florida style home converted to individual units that provide a beach cottage feel. The property is spotless inside and out. My favorite part about Siesta Sunset Villas is after a great walk on the beach they have a wonderful pool to cool off in. Private parking, BBQ Grill and more on a quiet street with plenty of privacy. I operate a seasonal Bed and Breakfast so I know a bit about the hospitality business and good accommodations. Very wonderful location. The owner or managers always seems to answer and respond quickly. The only advice is to do some maintenance. The door knob to our bathroom kept falling out and we fixed it multiple times. Also the laundry room could use a good spray down. Beautiful location, private, pool was so nice, kids could play anytime they wanted and I could watch them no matter if I was inside or out. Beach is more like a 5 minute walk but absolutely stunning. Easy walking to grab dinner. Will definitely come back next summer...
