Lucky there isn't a negative star rating! Was in there today and the woman cashier was so rude to me. I brought a hat to the counter that was marked $4.99, I thought it was wrong so I brought up the same hat in a different color that was marked $24.99. The lady acted like I was stealing when it was clearly their mistake. She rang it up and looked at it and said "No way is this right." She threw the hat back on the counter at me and yanked the other one outta my hand before I finished telling her the mistake that I thought they made. Even the man behind said well that's false advertising. She acted like I was in the wrong when I was the nice one who brought the other hat up to tell her I thought they were wrong. I told her "I thought maybe it was a difference between old style vs new" and she said "well that'd be one hell of a difference. I wouldn't sell you that hat for $4.99." I was like "Well how I am suppose to know that and now you are being rude and I was trying to be nice and now you're starting to say nasty words" She scuffed at me a few more times and I walked away. I wish I would've said keep your hat but I didn't and walked away. The whole time she talked about me to the next customers as we walked out. I get that some tourists are rude but I wasn't! I did the right thing and brought the hat of a different price up. Made me feel good that others in line agreed with me that I was in the right too. All she would've had to say is "Im sorry but this is marked wrong and would you still like to purchase this" but she didn't! They lost my business! Which is sad because the husband was so nice to my boyfriend the day before and gave him $.07 so he didn't have to...

Older lady inside wouldn't let me have the key for the public restroom she said that I took too long last time to use the restroom and even threatened to call the cops on me ..please don't support this gift shop...I have bought items from them and once considered myself a customer...maria and Kelly were always nice to me it must be the owner that is doing this to me..I will never buy anything from that gift shop now...and I will tell...

If I gotta pee, I’ll do it before I leave the house. If my young daughter has to, I’d appreciate a little grace.

If I gotta walk down the block to have her briefly use the bathroom, I’ll gladly drop my scratch somewhere closer to there that has all the same...
