Siesta Key Jet Ski Inc — Attraction in Florida

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My boyfriend and I drove from Port Charlotte just to use this "highly recommended" location. We scheduled a 2 hr rental from 2pm-4pm and unfortunately got lost during our attempt to get out to the beach. He called to inform them that we may be late, they were understanding at first, but we were told to just head south as we asked for directions to get back. After realizing that calling the location wasn't going to be helpful in assisting us with direction we began to stop and ask random people to try to help guide us back. We continued to call the location and were told "if you don't know where you are then how can we tell you how to get back!?". They didn't even attempt to come find us! Needless to say we were out from 2pm-7:30 when we finally found our way to Siesta Beach but still couldn't figure out how to get back to the location. The guy we rented from and some other guy (assumed to be the manager or owner) did not even ask if we were ok, offer water, or a ride to our car that was still at the location. As the rental guy gassed up the now empty tank on the jet ski the other guy questioned us about how we ended up lost! He stated that nobody had ever gotten lost before, accused us of trying to steal the ski and had called the deputy on us! We walked from the beach to our car! I would NEVER use the services of this company again! Friday we rented from Ft Myers beach instead! MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE! I SUGGEST YOU GO THERE, unless you know the water well, because in the case of an emergency you can only count on this company to take care of their equipment! They could care less about the fact that the two of us were lost out on the water for 5 hours!!!!! Customer Service is EVERYTHING, it wasn't their fault that we got lost, it was an accident, but to treat us like thieves after ignoring us for hours and not sending help is preposterous and totally...

We rented 2 jetskis for 3 hours. We paid 300 dollars deposit on both for a total of 600. When we returned the jetskis, one of the guys starts saying we put a little black scratch on the jet ski. These jetskis were all scratched up before we even took them out on the water. We never pulled the to the shore, or hit a bridge or anything. We were just both in our 20’s and they’re taking advantage of us. They took an after pic of the jetskis and compared it to cameras that they have outside of the dock. Completely blurry camera, low quality and you can’t even tell if something was scratched or not. Absolutely ridiculous! And only 1 jetski was supposedly scratched, and theyre taking the deposit of both. 600 dollars to fix a tiny scratch? THAT WE NEVER DONE! Stay away from these punks, they are classless beach bums. Rented 2 jetskis for 3 hours, ending up being a $1,200 misery. Take your business elsewhere....

Do Not Rent from here!! Only a one star for the guy who got us started at the counter from there it went downhill fast. Upon return with jet skis from 2 hour outing, our group was accused of crashing their jet skis. Not just accused but verbally attacked and accused in a very unprofessional manner. Our group kept denying and denying even into tears! And Neal just kept accusing saying those marks were not there and we will need to take a portion of $900 deposit. He even so much as told us how he thought the accident happened by pointing out other damage on another ski. We proved them wrong as someone in our group took a picture before departure and proved to them that the marks were already there on both machines!!!
