This store has had problems for a few years. It is baffling how this store is has remain open. All of sudden, just a few weeks ago, great improvements have been happening. Several tines when visiting, for more than a year terrible service drove many customers away. From having to walk through enough smoke to absorb into our clothes from employees sitting outside the front door to walking into a place where at times you couldn't even call out to employees, if there were any in the back somewhere, because of the music blaring from a portable radio in the kitchen. Unprofessional, Unfriendly and sometimes absolutely Unnecessarily rude customer service from one of the cashiers/crew chief maybe (light blue shirt) that just happens to be in one of the pictured was encountered. Poor product ordering from the previous management happened with every visit as being told we ran out of whatever certain item it was for that day was damn near enough to make sure you never come back. The time it took to full an order was absurd, sometimes up time I minutes. Moving forward, I am noticing new people constantly and the service, the freshness, the wait time, and the obvious concern has become what looks to be a complete 180, from night to day improvement. I think I am seeing pride in employees. OMG, what a difference. I have returned at least twice a week just to feel something going right during this stupid Covid madness. I will be posting more just because its exciting and amazing to see the unending strive to improve. Please recognize the leadership going on right now in thia store. Read moreFood quality very good. Especially with their specialty sandwiches. However, the service at counter is pityful.
I went on Friday afternoon and place was empty. So the staff was at my disposal. I asked for 3 sandwiches. 2 of one type 1 of the other. Also ordered large fries and large onion ring to round out order. The only specifications I ask for was to hold mayo on all 3 sandwiches.
At 1st the counter guy did not understand the order. Even went as far as to claim they did not serve what I asked for. He looked confused. So I asked him to check menu on wall behind him. Everything was listed right there. He called in manager, who seemed to understand, yet could not figure how to enter order in computerized register. Nor could they agree on what to charge.
I'm sure I was overcharged, but kept my cool. The order came out bagged and handed to me. Quick check noted one sandwich missing. They argued point until I handed them their own receipt. 3rd sandwich made. Order submitted again. Fries missing. Accidentally put in someone else's bag. Not my problem.
Finally accepted order and drove home. All 3 sandwiches prepared differently. Not one what I had ordered. Not driving back up there but will think twice before going back. For $30 I should be able to get a CORRECT burger just...
Read moreWas in this Burger King, walked in on a Sunday morning about 11:00 am, and there was one couple sitting in the dining room when we walked in. Stood at the counter for 5 to 6 minutes and the employee knocked on the door to be let back into the kitchen (think she was in restroom). The manager walked past us, never greeted or acknowledged we were there. He opened the door and turned around to walk off when I asked him “excuse me, but what do you suggest, or what is your favorite burger?” He said I don’t know, and walked off. The female employee asked us “may I help you?” I said “yes ma’am what is your favorite burger?” She said “I don’t eat here” so I ordered for myself, and so did my son and husband. She then turned around and started dishing the fries into containers and placed them on a tray. She handed us cups and we went to fill them, and learned that they were out of most drinks. Went to sit down and not ONE table was clean. 3 or 4 minutes later burgers were done, cold and sloppy!!! Sat down and fries were cold. Mentioned it to the manager, he only said “sorry”.
