Taco Bell — Restaurant in Slidell

Ordered from their website with an almost $30 order around 2:30pm today. Once we received the notification that our order was ready we were not even 1 minute away. Sent my husband inside to grab the food. He told one of the employees he was there to pick up an order and gave my name. From the back you could hear the manager yell "tell him someone already picked up his order" to which was confusing to him because no, we did not send anyone else to pick up our order. My husband told her that no this is our order and we havent picked it up yet. He asked her did she even verify the order. She said yes they gave her MY name. Which there is no way. I have one of the most uncommon names there is. She said she didnt ask for any other verification and just gave them OUR order. My husband began to question her more and she told my husband she didnt care what he had to say she gave the order away and to contact support on the app (which theyre closed till monday so we are out $30). He asked her if she could come out from the back because she spoke to him from behind a wall the entire time. She told him no and if he didn't get out of the store she was calling 911. She was rude and disrespectful the entire time. I dont understand how you just give someone elses order. There is NO WAY someone walked in and gave my name. I believe the manager stole our order or gave our order to someone she knew because theres no other explanation. The manager said she PERSONALLY gave the order to an older man then changed her story and said it was a couple. She refused to try and rectify the situation, give us a number to contact, or even approach us in a respectful manor. She also refused to give us her name. Im sure if the cameras were looked at you would see either her stealing the oder, never making it in the first place, or giving it to someone...

My husband went to pick food up through the drive thru and the dude had an attitude to begin with when he ordered. Once he ordered the food the dude didn't even acknowledge him, he had to ask to see if they got his order. They seemed confused and honestly on something when he paid and got the food. We know that most people working here are probably young kids...and that it's a fast food restaurant, but come on! They might not be polite and customer service skills a big 0, but they could have gotten our order correct atleast. They were out of the cheddar chalupas they said, so gave us the regular chalupa boxes, except none of them came with burritos, and they also forgot our twists. I work in a hospital, and my husband just got off of work as well...we just wanted something quick to grab so we can eat with the kiddos and call it a night. When I called the store to complain about the missing items, the dude didnt even listen to me, and started talking over me to someone. When I asked for the manager, he claimed it was him. I then expressed my worries about the order, all he had to say was "okie dokie." This place was convenient to our home, and again...we just wanted something quick so we can rest for the evening...but definitely not coming to this location again. It was upsetting for a kid to talk to me like that, and not even try to be helpful about the order they messed up. It will be a hard pass for us next time, would not recommend. Our cashier was...

I don't know if I'm stupid or what I keep telling myself I will never go back to this location but I do because it's by my house and it's convenient. So tonight I go and when they hand me my order of course it's missing items. I explain that to them and then they hand me another bag that is still missing items so after the third bag I count everything and I leave. Then when I get home I am so unimpressed with the food because of the fact everything is not how it usually comes and the amount of meat that usually comes on these items is less than half. So I call the store and ask to speak to the manager who tells me she is the manager and her name is Sierra not sure of the spelling maybe ciara. And I explain to her what happened. Very very very unimpressed with how she handled it being a manager myself. Then she got rude and told me she's too busy to talk to me. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure I get my money back. The Audacity Of it is when I mentioned a manager that used to work there that always had my order right and actually went above and beyond she said oh she was fired because the store was doing bad.
