I have never felt the need to write a negative review in my life. In fact, I left a glowing review of another mattress firm because they were able to make up for the disgusting behavior we received from one of the workers from this store. For any supervisor reading this, we went on July 30th, around 6:40 pm. Barely any workers were there; He could have been the only one. My husband and I had bought a mattress from the online store, where they ASK you to CHOOSE a delivery date. Without any notice, our mattress was delivered at another time to our apartment complex, which resulted in it getting stolen. My husband and I felt that it was common sense to not deliver expensive furniture at a random time with no notice, as we were not there to pick it up. To resolve this, we went to the Southfield location. Instead of receiving help or even a “sorry to hear that”, we were yelled at by this man (could have been the manager but unsure) who kept saying he could do nothing to help and that no other location could help us either. We couldn’t even get a word in without him speaking over us. Read moreMy sales experience in store was good with Keisha. I was sold a good mattress and received good enough service to be upsold on additional items. However once my balance was paid off, my service experience went down hill from there. I was placed on hold for extended amount of time with the store i purchased from, i was also told i would receive a call back and never received it. At that time, i was trying to schedule delivery and get confirmation of delivery sent to my email. I paid $125 for "platinum delivery" i did not receive that. I had to pick up one of my items myself, how is that platinum service? For this i was not offered any compensation either. It also took delivery 3 trips to deliver the rest of the items because the drivers did not review my order. I was told by my sales person that i should understand because of "human error" but they simply did not review the order. After, I was told that they could not guarantee delivery of missing items within a timely fashion, so i let my sales person know that because of my experience i would like to schedule a pick up of all items delivered and a refund. Was upsold to a much more expensive one that another customer had ordered but not picked up. Was told if he didn't like it I had 120 days to return it. 10 days later I called and explained that we no longer needed any mattress because he had decided to go back into the dorms. Mattress was still SEALED IN PLASTIC and they refused to take it back. Asked to talk to manager who was no help. No returns, only exchanges hes says. I explained that i was told i could return it and he didn't care. asked to talk with regional manager who refused to call and speak with me. I called 3 times and he refused to call me. call customer service and they will not let you talk to anyone in management.
