Dear Forman Mills Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your store on Thursday, October 16th, around 4:30 PM. A group of us visited the location for the first time and were initially impressed with the wide selection and the availability of items we were looking for.
While shopping, my aunt and mother found a pair of sandals clearly marked at $12.99. Each of them picked up a pair, and we also selected a few other items. However, when we proceeded to the checkout, we were told that the price on the sandals was incorrect and likely placed there by mistake. We waited approximately 15 minutes for the store manager to verify this, all while standing in line and holding up other customers.
When the manager finally arrived, we were told the correct price was $16.99 and that the marked price would not be honored. There was no apology for the delay or for the confusion caused, nor was there any acknowledgment of the inconvenience we experienced. The price tag did not appear tampered with and seemed to have been placed by store staff.
We were especially disappointed by the managerās attitude she was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed little concern for customer satisfaction. She simply stated we would have to return another day to speak with the store manager, offering no resolution in the moment.
Itās not about the difference in price itās about the principle. When an item is clearly marked, it should be honored, especially when the mistake is on the part of the store. The lack of accountability and courtesy during this visit was unacceptable.
This experience has left a very negative impression and has made us reconsider returning to your store in the future.

So! Go in that dirty store, where it is unorganized and get in and get out!! However itās a trap!! For The Hoot-rats and Field mice!! Youāll notice those are the worst complaints.
