Carla, I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for always being attentive to my fashion needs. I have always been on the thicker side and finding clothes to compliment my weight as well as my age (over 50) has been challenging. You not only cater to the small and petite but also to the beyond 10....No matter how busy you are, (fashion shoots, pop up shops, model fittings, rearranging the store...) you ALWAYS make time for me. You have put together pieces for me...sent me to that dressing room and you're right there to see how it looks....You have sparked up my confidence...I feel good when I leave your store...even when my pockets are lighter. Thank you...I love...

Horrible experience...placed an order in March, called the store week later to inquire was told to check back on Friday. Called today, gave my order number was put on hold for 10 minutes only to asked my order number again. I was put on hold again for 15 minutes only to be hung up on. I immediately called back and nobody would answer the phone. Over the next hour, I continuously called with no answer. I finally used a different phone to call and the call was answered. I requested that my order be canceled and money be refunded. I also requested to speak to the owner and was told no. Love the clothing, but customer service is horrible....

Shipping is never accurate! Takes over a month to get your items and they never respond to emails. Which lead me to DM for more information and they will read it and say they looking into it and never respond. Sent several more DM’s with no response but as soon as I comment on a picture they responded and deleted the comment. At that point my package was finally shipped. And it arrived with an item missing and another item which is which dirty all over the legs. 0/10. Will never be shopping with them again. Terrible...
