PRESTIGIOUS — Local services in Southfield

I went to a store in southfield, my neighborhood called Prestigious walking in the sensor went off cause I left another store. Note I was literally only just walking in and somehow I beeped. There were no sensors on the bag I was carrying and my purse is small. Like fit no clothing small. The security guard proceeded to check my bag of clothing and found no sensors. Then he proceeded to ask to check my small purse I said fine. Then he got invasive and started pulling stuff out of my purse. All of this to come INTO the store. I was in royal shock like royal like normally I would have given a piece of my mind but I was just in shocked that a black male would literally offer to take my purse from me like I could be a criminal. After deep thought and processing what happened Prestigious lost my business. I have been a customer there for a couple years and for it to happen in front of the owner was sad and tasteless because he could have stepped in right away he was right there. No I will not let you hold my expensive purse behind your counter. The bag of clothes I had I could have maybe put in the car but you will not search me like a criminal to COME INTO A NEIGHBORHOOD establishment. I was racially profiled today by the store PRESTIGIOUS my cousin was so livid at what happened she stormed out the store. I have NEVER been searched to come into any store before. It was disgusting I am going to go a step further to say in slavery days there were overseers on plantations and that guy acted like one. I will not say he was just doing his job because he seriously violated. Like seriously. Sorry for ranting but you had to experience it to understand. I was polite and non aggressive I look for peace wherever I go. I will never shop...

On my second visit to this clothing store, the back of one of my earrings fell to the sidewalk right outside the store. An employee inside the store noticed. He opened the door for me and mentioned that he saw something fall to the sidewalk. He asked if I found what had fallen. His name is KD.

I did not find the back to my earring.

I shopped and found three items and went to try them on in the dressing room. The employee said that he would look for the back to my earring while I was in the dressing room.

As I was headed to pay for the clothing I tried on, I asked the same employee if he found the back to my earring.

He reached into that small pocket that is in most bluejeans and handed me the back to my earring. This is what I call expert...

I usually shop here all the time for last minute options but previously I bought 2 regular plain jackets and one of my jackets thread started to unravel within the two days that I have received I called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it unless the tags are on or a receipt but how was I suppose to know that my threads would start to unravel within the two days of receiving so I feel that it was very bad customer service and should’ve been more reasonable or...
