Seeing as my sister paid for both of us to get a Swedish massage WITH oil ($160) for my birthday, I thought that is what I’d get seeing as that what the service we paid for.
We were taken to a massage room with no music, crying babies in the background, and a loud A/C system rattling. Was that the worst part? No. The worst part is thinking that my masseuse would give me his undivided attention for 50 minutes, but instead, I was met with mediocre pats on my back and through a towel. No oil was used whatsoever but he instead used AVEENO lotion. Nothing was used on my legs but maybe a squirt of lotion. I then realized the guy WAS ON HIS PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME while he was supposedly giving me a massage. He had his phone in between my feet reading or watching whatever was on it. How’d I know? My eyes were open the entire time. That is a huge problem. It is highly unprofessional. That could’ve easily been a situation where I’d think they were recording folks.
I saw my sister’s masseuse also on her phone, but as she saw that my eyes were not closed and that I saw her, she had put it way and proceeded to give my sister what seemed to be a half good job.
After the sub par service was completed, both of them stood by the door and pressured my sister into giving a tip! I DID NOT GIVE A TIP BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS SUBPAR AND GIVING A TIP IS OPTIONAL.
And no I don’t remember the man’s name, but I’ll be more than happy to come up there and point him out because I certainly wouldn’t want someone else to...
Read moreI had the absolute worst experience at this massage place. I came in expecting a relaxing full-body massage but left feeling humiliated and in pain. Instead of using their hands, the masseuse only used their feet the entire time! It was bizarre, uncomfortable, and felt completely unprofessional.
The pressure was uneven and painful, like they were just walking on me with no care for my comfort. At one point, it felt like they were more focused on balancing themselves than giving an actual massage. It was awkward and far from relaxing.
To make things worse, the atmosphere was awful – the room smelled musty, the music was loud and jarring, and the staff didn’t seem to care when I voiced my discomfort. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that knows what they’re doing. This was a complete nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on my...

Stopped here to get a message before I left Vegas; Immediately, when I walked in Parlor the smell was unusual but normal for them. Went to the back the linen wasn't the cleanness, so I used Kleenex to put where my face goes. The guy who gave me a massage was not skilled and durimg my massage his phone rung. He kept stopping to leave out of the room and he was on his phone while messaging one leg. After the message he asked how am I paying him for a tip. That was very unprofessional and may I add he was breathing directly in my face when I had to turn on my back. His breathe were stank and teeth were nasty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Beware they uses aveeno lotion for their messages. The woman seems like she were doing an ok job, so for those who still want to go there make sure you get the right person and the correct...
