If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would! I live in Grove City and wanted to take my daughter and nieces swimming for the night. So I called the morning of and asked if they had availability for 1 night and they said they do but it's limited. So I asked what they had available and she told me. Then she mentioned the hotel down from them had more available for the night than they did & so I asked if they had a pool and she said they did not. I specifically told her I wanted to find a hotel with a pool because that's the whole point of us going and that I would just book their queen suite and she said ok. So I went on priceline to book it. Later on that day when we got there, we got changed into our bathing suits, went down to the lobby and asked what time the pool closed and the manager said "oh our pool has been shut down for awhile". The manager was nice and told me she's sorry for the miscommunication with one of the new supervisors they had. She said she wasnt shocked if it was the new lady who messed up. She got my number and told me she would speak to the other supervisor about it and she didn't see why I wouldn't get refunded. She even said she wasn't going to cancel my room because it would charge me a cancelation fee. So I said thank you, left and booked another hotel. That all happened Friday. I called Saturday, supervisor wasn't in. I called again on Sunday and she was busy. I called again Monday, she wasn't in yet. A few mins later a lady finally calls be back, but it's not the supervisor... She's like "I spoke with the supervisor and she said we can't refund you, maybe check with priceline to see if they could help you". At this point I'm very upset and told her it was an employees fault why this happened. Then she went on to say "I don't think priceline would refund either but you could try". I find it very unprofessional that the supervisor couldn't even call me back to tell me. I am very unhappy and that was $126 wasted off of their employees mess up!! Maybe they were just trying to book up their hotel and didnt even care that i wanted the pool. I will never book there again!! Pool or no pool!!
P.s Their reply on here is BS and is the most fake apology ever!! Probably the worse inconsiderate hotel in Grove City PA! I've heard some horrible stories from people yesterday and today about their hotel. Go figure. Definitely pay attention to EVERY DETAIL they tell you on the phone so you don't get...
Read moreThis hotel completely failed to meet basic expectations of professionalism due to the conduct of the General Manager, Lashaunda Gray.||||Upon arrival, the front desk staff could not locate our reservation. The young clerk, who was clearly new, called her manager for assistance and placed the call on speaker so I could speak with Ms. Gray directly. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the General Manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire exchange. She repeatedly spoke over me, insisted I “book another reservation,” and yelled that I “wasn’t getting my money back,” despite the fact that I never requested a refund—I simply wanted to check in after a seven-hour drive.||||When I mentioned calling corporate, Ms. Gray claimed she was “with corporate” and not from the hotel, even though her name is posted in the lobby as the General Manager. She also stated that General Managers “don’t work weekends,” yet the staff confirmed she had been on-site earlier that same day. Her contradictory statements and unwillingness to assist were deeply concerning, especially for someone in a leadership role.||||What made this situation worse is that, after Ms. Gray hung up on me, I personally helped the front desk clerk locate my reservation—which had already been pre-checked in. We did not book through a third party, as Ms. Gray had repeatedly and incorrectly claimed.||||As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over twenty years, I know that a General Manager sets the tone for the entire property. The way Ms. Gray treated both myself and her own staff was unacceptable, unprofessional, and a poor reflection of the hotel. Respectful communication is not optional in hospitality—it’s essential.||||While the front desk associate was kind and did her best under pressure, the General Manager’s behavior completely overshadowed any positives. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly encourage others to consider alternative accommodations until improvements are made at the...

We visited Grove City to do some shopping at the outlet mall. Wyndham was a reasonably priced option.
The check in process was very smooth & efficient. We were assigned 3 king rooms. 2 on one floor and 1 on another. The rooms are spacious and roomy. They were very clean and there was no sign of any unpleasantness (odours, stains, or tiny guests).
The bathroom is designed with shower/toilet in one room while sink is out n the room.
The beds were very comfortable. We had over 6 pillows in our room. I did ask for extra and they seemed to have fulfilled that request.
Amenities: there is a pool, but it was closed for repairs when we got there.
The fitness centre is small but has an elliptical a row bike, free weights, crunch machine and treadmill.
There is only one ice machine. Located on main floor, but this is only a 3-story hotel so not a big deal.
Breakfast is buffet with hot and cold options. Boiled eggs, yogurt, ceresls,,etc. We did not eat breakfast due to the fact it ends at 9 am on weekdays, which is a bit early for us on vacation.
Ample free on site self parking. The hotel is conveniently located across from the outlet mall. And right beside a Sheetz has and go...
