KAY Outlet — Local services in Springfield Township

Typically we are small business shoppers , but my fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here with our wedding bands. We will fully support Kay in the future. Jon Hunter is the man -we booked an appointment and he greeted us promptly. We both kind of knew what we wanted going in for the appointment, but were open to his suggestions. Jon spent so much time going over different options and was so patient and professional. His experience in this industry came through and he explained everything carefully and clearly. He hooked us up with a great price and deal and made us feel confident in our purchases. After ordering our rings Jon was great with communication and after some resizing, our rings came back 1 week earlier than expected. We cannot say enough great things. Dont get me started on this place. The jewelry is cheaper but they are not easier to deal with. I have multiple pieces from many jewelry stores and this one is the one that's given me the hardest time with things. The staff doesnt always know what they're saying and I've had to call Kay's customer service to prove them wrong about an issue. It has really discouraged me from shopping at this location. Especially my boyfriend, he does not want to purchase from here anymore. Not saying that it's a completely horrible experience, but one experience made me come in 4 or 5 times to fix things. The manager John at this store is the most unprofessional manager I have ever come across he is rude to customers and his employee’s, I have never been treated this rudely, I have been a customer for over 10 years and have spent thousands and have recommended family and friends to shop here, after today they no longer have our business, I ended up driving to Butler Kay’s and was treated extremely well by The manager Scott and everyone in that location was beyond helpful and friendly I would recommend shopping there and avoiding the Grove city outlets location if you want to be treated...
