This popped up on the Find me Gluten free app while out of state traveling. I called to verify gluten free options and they verified as well as told me they had a separate fryer for the fries. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our waitress was very knowledgeable regarding the safe options for me. I have CELIAC. Upon her recommendation I had the Bacon burger with Bacon Jam, Truffle fries and coleslaw*. *The coleslaw was "different" So, those used to sweet creamy slaw, it's NOT that. Those used to tangy slaw..it's NOT THAT. It is very strong and probably an acquired taste. Not for me personally but don't knock it till you try it. I'm rather curious how exactly it is made. The truffle fries were amazing. My husband had the Hawaiian Jerk Chicken and salad. Let me tell you...the SIZE of my burger with a gluten free bun was INSANE. The pictures don't do it justice. It was cooked to perfection with just a touch of pink, absolutely juicy and the flavors popped! I had to cut and eat it with a fork. No way I could eat like a sandwich. The presentation was beautiful. The flavors melded perfectly. I could only finish HALF OF my burger. I saw other reviews complaining about the price...I cannot understand why. The food is REAL. The portions are huge. The taste, texture and flavor was amazing. If you go out and expect to really enjoy your food, to savor and be mindful of each flavor and how they compliment each other and are presented...come here. If you want a cheap, nothing burger go to a fast food joint. This is the real deal and I will support local good restaurants any day over franchise fast food/frozen junk.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant, it's a little out of our way so we forget about it. The restaurant is located in a new strip mall, it's a little hard to see from the road but they do have a sign on the back of the building. The inside is small but it is a nice place, decor and bar included. They offer sandwiches, make your own burger, milk shakes and full bar. There are a few alcoholic milk shakes as well. Portion size was average for the area, more than enough to fill you up. Both of our meal were good, no complaints. The only comment to go along with the food is they have a no pink, pink, red scale for doneness of meat. I chose pink, I received a mid well burger, but I never clairified with the server what I may have been getting. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, even had the manager come over to see how everything was. All an all everything was great.

Wow, this recently opened burger joint was a surprise. Granted, my expectations were low due to the location and I am fairly easy to please, this place was awesome. The menu hosts a wide selection of burgers which are unique and sound delicious, but if you aren't feeling any of them you can create your own burger by checking off different meats, toppings, sauces, and buns on a list. It's easy and the result, at least for me, is a memorable, delicious meal. Service was excellent, albeit understandably slow as it was busy and they work to ensure that food is cooked appropriately. Any way, tl;dr you can make your own burgers and they're damn good. Cocktails are also delicious. Moderately expensive.

We were excited to try a new place but were quickly Disappointed. I’m more than happy to pay for quality food and service. Unfortunately, Blackout didn’t provide either.

We waited quite a while for 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich, they were busy, no big deal. Until my son took a bite of his burger. It was burnt and they tried to hide it. It was inedible. The waitress took the burger and had a new one made. The second one was fine but the rest of us were finished eating, there was zero acknowledgement to this.

My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich and my burger was ok. I opted for a side salad instead of the fries. I was told there would be a small up charge, no problem. The final burger was on the verge of being burnt as well, but it was a kid and he was hungry so he didn’t want it remade. The fries literal tasted like Mc Donald’s. When you’re paying 16$ for a burger and fries you don’t want McDonald tasting fries.

Then the bill came. I was disappointed that a manager didn’t come and apologize for the burnt burger. I didn’t expect it for free but comping a drink and an apology would have been nice. My slight up-charge for the salad was 6.50- I even said to the waitress, you should let people know that by Slight, you mean 6.50. She then proceeded to argue with me that it was actually 5.50, when my receipt clearly said 6.50. Total was 95.00 for an appetizer, 4 drinks and 4 sandwiches.

I’ll drive to Burgatory next time I want a...

I wanted to LOVE this place but its food did fall a bit short for me.

First off though, service was great & for as busy as the place seemed server remained hospitable and attentive.

The food I'm going to critize a bit but it's just from my prefences.

Just gonna say it, In the world if fries shoestring are the least desirable.

Onto the burgers, my issue here is really the thickness, only because it's not balanced with the bun & leads to a messy eat and a uneven distribution of flavor. This thing is nearly an inch thick of meat, but could easily be a little more spread to better fit the bun itself as there is a lot of bread overhang. This creates bites at first that are bread heavy and then the deeper you go you're forced to open your chomper as wide as you can to try to get a full bite. It's one thing if it's thick and fills the bun, but it just doesn't.

Also leads to feeling like once I get to the meat, I don't get a balanced taste between it and the wide verity of options of toppings. I think this place has plenty of potential and from the other reviews people love it - maybe from the busyness that day the cook was just in a rush and things were slightly off, I don't know. But if I'm ever in that area again from my experience I'm more likely to try out another option rather than left with the "we have to go there again...
