Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in Springfield Township

I went to the Michael kors store when I first got there at 6:30, Found what I was looking for and went to find an atm to pull cash out (i prefer cash for free spend money and was only a few dollars short). I returned back at 6:53 and the doors were locked and the lady was standing at the door staring at me tapping her watch and she was the same lady that rolled her eyes when I asked her for help my first visit in the store this day. I was very upset that they locked the doors 7 mins before closing times. My family is frequent shopper at this location and because of this incident we will no longer be going back to this location. Very unhappy and cannot believe they would close the doors so early before closing time and even more disappointed that their customer service...

I'm here visiting from out of town. I came in the store with my daughters. One was in a buggy. I was greeted when I walked in. After that I was watched and followed by an associate named Mark. There were other people walking around but every time I turned around he was there watching. He never asked I needed any help. I was extremely uncomfortable. I've shopped all over at different Michael Kors stores and I've never felt so uncomfortable in one of these stores. If he would have at least engaged in a fake conversation that would have been better. I think he needs to be retrained in customer service. I can’t express how grateful I am for the sales associate (Amber) that helped me today. I had an issue with my bag that I bought online. When I went to the Ross Park Mall store to solve the problem, I was met with no solutions and told I would either have to deal with my bag continuing to fall apart or buy a new bag that was double the price I paid for my current bag. Amber at the Michael Kors outlet at Grove City was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she great at problem solving ways to fix my issue, but she was also incredibly kind. Her willingness to help and respect for my time and money did not go unnoticed. I will continue to travel farther to go to this location because of this...
