Tim was great! He pointed out every laptop bag that was in the store and he was very patient while I went through each one to see if my laptop would fit. I found one that I didn't like as much because of the strap and he even went in the back to find other straps for me. Tim asked all the right questions and listened and responded to my concerns. I visited this store to purchase a bag for my new job and I am so pleased that I did! The store is aesthetically pleasing and the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. After a salesperson helped me to pick out a work bag, she was showing me Coach wallets they also had for sale. I couldn't resist; I was already so pleased with my shopping experience and prices that I decided to splurge. If I ever want to purchase another Coach product, I will definitely be visiting...
