My Dr. wants me to gain 35lbs (I’m 4 months pregnant) because I have a low BMI. I have always struggled with gaining weight so I decided to stop into this store to see if there was something I could take to help me. The store associate was extremely friendly (even though I did show up near closing hours) and she directed me to their whey protein mix. She recommended I try the brand Rival because it’s easy on the stomach and one of the brands that will help me pack on the weight quickest. I’ve tried gold standard whey protein in the past and it made me bloated and I just felt icky but with Rival I don’t experience any of that! I drink 2 1/2 shakes a day (in between meals) using whole milk instead of water for extra calories for a total of nearly 2,000 extra calories a day. With my high metabolism and energetic lifestyle this should help me gain some weight! Plus it tastes delicious!! Happy with the service and...
