Horrible service! I went in on a Sunday afternoon, it's was about 10ppl there at most already watching the game and being served. Our waitress seated us and gave us water while our order was placed. Fast forward, it took at least 45mins before our order came out. In between I ask the waitress what was taking so long, she informed me of doordash orders ahead of mines (that should've been disclosed before we placed our order) by the time we got our food I asked her to bring to go boxes...yes that's how long we waited. When I received my food my food was lukewarm like it had been sitting and it was hard, my daughter had pork chops that were brick hard and lukewarm, my other daughter had the burger which was nice and fresh. We boxed up everything, and was slapped with an $81 tab. Apparently fries weren't included in our meals (which we thought it was for two of the meals) so we were charged $5 per serving of hard cold fries. As I checked out, the manager was present, I told him about the service, he apologized yet continued to "justify " why they service was the way it was and the $81 was due to the things we ordered. I explained I don't mind paying top dollar for top service and food, however the delivery of this establishment was HORRID!!! HE HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, I was hit with an apology followed by BUT....THATS NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS SIR!!! I had been there a few times before, before covid hit, but I will NEVER EVER return again!!! I highly recommend other places nearby such as Sports Cafe, Fins and Feathers, Savoy, Whiskey BBQ, Whiskey Ts, those places are very nice and has great service... anywhere BUT HERE!!! Thank...

So this is probably my third time coming to Skyboxx over the course of maybe 4 years. My friends and I wanted to go out for drinks at a black owned business. I recommended Skyboxx because I never had a bad experience and there and from what I recall the drinks were good. The reason I gave 3 stars, is because never in my dining experience did I have to go look for some to check out table out. Took about 30 minutes in total after I personally saw my server in the bathroom and informed her that I was ready to check out. Then I asked a person at my table to find anybody to check us out because no one came still. Dine and Dash is a real thing out here and we literally could have walked out on a $200 tab. We noticed that certain activities were taking place that may inhibit someone's performance on the job, considering we were outside and could see and smell everything going on. And they were missing/out of stock of some ingredients for signature cocktails and hookah flavors. I'm writing this review purely because I would hate for another black owner to lose his or her business. I was having a birthday party, and heard that Simon Si Man Baby was the DJ for Saturday evenings, and when I made the reservation I asked what day and what time does he arrive to the place, and I was told at that time he is there on Saturday's and arrive around 10-10:30pm. Upon being there for several hours to only learn that he was in fact not showing up there, and many of the hostess where not even aware that he would be there. I booked the area based upon the fact that he would be there the eveing I was having my party to only be TOTALLY disapointed.

I paid for a VIP area for about 10-15 people, the VIP areas would only comfortably accomodate is about four average size people. There is not enough standing room in the area for you/your guest to be comfortable in the area.

The drinks that are served claim to be top shelf, but when you get the drink it's either watered down or too much juice in the drink, so you end up sending it back several times.

I was not happy with the fact that I was told the DJ (Si Man Baby) would be there to learn that he would not be, and that watered down/bottom shelf drinks that were being served. More thank likely I would not return to the Sports Bar as the music from the DJ was not keeping the me or my guest in...
