If I could give zero stars I would. I went in two weeks and had no problem. I went in last week and will not go back here again! This is after me giving to this location a second chance. I'll start by saying that when I parked one of the buyers was outside loading a box for someone. I went in and checked in. I had more clothes for the adult store and waited for a text. I got a text and went back. The lady, whom I'm assuming was a manager told me they didn't accept anything. She gave me some kind of reasoning about the condition of a pair of leggings, a stain on a fleece and sizing. I left, went to the next store and was headed back to my car. I looked in my basket and really looked at my items. I had a couple of items that were new and came from the kids Macy's. As I looked, the items looked untouched like they were never sorted through. (I take a pic so I have an idea of what was sold) They were also in the same order and folded the way I was taught when I worked at the Gap for many years. I took those items that were new in and asked why they were rejected and the lady whom I'm assuming was the manager then said those were not selected because of their size. They were not kids. I told her they came from the Macy's kids department and they were brand new. She just kind of brushed me off like I was bothering her and dismissed me in a very condescending way. I felt discriminated against because they were taking in items that looked like mine. I saw some on the racks. I called another store and they gave me the number to what was supposed to be corporate but I never got a call back. Now this is the second time I have had this experience. I took my neice here once and same thing happened to her. I wrote about her experience on the FB page and was assured by the owner that these things don't happen and I should give them a second try. This was the second time so I have to believe that this is common practice. These were two of the shirts. BTW, my daughter is 13 and I've been selling clothes since my oldest was a baby (17 years) so I'm...
Read moreWent to the store with great items to sell. Bad attitude soon as I walked through the door. She says âWe are not taking clothes only shoes and equipmentâ I asked what type of equipment and she told me. So I had a stroller baby seat combination, brand new never use baby swing, baby cleaner set, and baby changing pad. The girl who was helping God bless her soul was not even better. She told me that they donât take baby car seats because itâs against Georgia law. So I asked her if itâs against the law why does Goodwill( who is a lot bigger company) sells them. She says well thatâs what they do. I just laughed because that child didnât have a clue what she was talking about. Then she told me new customers (which I have never sold anything) only get 1/3 of them amount the price the computer calculates. For a stroller, brand new baby swing, brand new changing pads, and brand new bottle cleaning kit they offered me $15. Such a complete rip off. I just blessed a couple in there shopping with those items because they would have make money off of my items but only want to give me pennies. Then have the nerve to sell these baby clothes as high as $10 when I can go to Goodwill for less than $3 which both are used clothes or even go to Target or Walmart brand new for $5. They are such jokes⌠Since I canât respond to their reply if you gave 30% why would she tell me with new customers first time to sell anything they only get 1/3 of what price the computer calculates. I know you are a small business and trying to stay face but donât lie and say that wasnât said to me by your employee. They left a bad taste in my mouth about the attitude and how your business...
Read moreI've been buying/selling for my 3 kids at this location for over 8 years with minimal issues and marginal customer service. I only go about 5 times a year because of the distance. I understand the concept of how they price items for cash back and even gotten some good deals on purchases. Hence, the reason for my shock in quality, customer service and lack of follow up by the owner after a recent experience. I purchased, seemingly, good quality Nikes for my 7 year-old for $18 just before school started. I even had him try them on in the store. He was so excited about the shoes that I let him wear them to a Braves game days before school started. Before they could even make it into the Ballpark, the shoes completely fell apart and he almost fell (see pic). My husband sent me a picture and I immediately called the store. I was told that I could return them with the receipt within 7 days and I did! The return wasn't accepted because the price sticker had been put on the bottom on the shoe, rather than the inside, so it had worn off with walking. The employee, Danielle, even tried to imply that I damaged the shoe or I brought in a different damaged pair. My receipt clearly showed the purchase and the same employee was present who checked me out originally and verified it. The store manager, Wyndy, was contacted but didn't seem to care, never returned my call or email. I was given some excuse about the sticker being necessary for audit. I would have even accepted a store credit...just some acknowledgement that I was sold damaged shoes that will...
