Good afternoon everyone I just wanted to take a moment out to say a blessing and a big thanks story time: it's not every day someone goes in their pocket and uses their own money not corporate not fees not anything but somebody seeing that you have a need and saying when God tells me to do something I need to listen! I know that this is a very long review but trust me it is a must and we have to stop and give people their flowers while they are living! So I went to T-Mobile because my son's kid watch kept going out it was not working for context I bought it December 2024 for Christmas it hasn't been working for 2 months here we are in April this is the third watch that I'm coming back to T-Mobile for them to do a trade in and the young lady on the phone told me something completely different and my son needs his watch I'm a single Mommy and I just need to make sure he got the watch and since I'm paying the bill on it every month but he still can't use it okay I come in for the third time every time I come before I have to pay let's call it $22 even though it's T-Mobile's fault not mine they still require me to pay it so finally I got a supervisor customer service told me nope you don't have to pay it will take care of it just bring the broken one since it's our fault and we'll change it out and I'm just going to be honest guys it's not a pay week single mother three kids two at home but nonetheless I literally go in I'm confident at what the young lady told me prior to and then it hits that oh you need $22 again to pay for it and I'm like oh my God I just don't have it today I you know hey we're going through it just going to be honest anyway the T-Mobile associate that went above and beyond needs to be recognized Mr Adam Lee sir I think you so much more than you will ever ever know I had to do this review I probably shouldn't have put the business out there but he listened to his spirit I thank you sir because you did more than what your job required and I'm so grateful if T-Mobile is reading this you need to go above and beyond for this young man I pray that your cup never goes empty that your family your son anybody that's an extension of you or in your path it's fulfilled and that financially never lacks a day in their...
Read moreI am giving a rating of 5 stars so you can see my review. I have been with Sprint for well over 10yrs. I need to warn you before you purchase or begin services with SPRINT. The Mt Zion location is horrible. The customer service is even worse and the Manager David needs some training on managing people and managing situations. I went in to upgrade to a Galaxy Note 8 the day before my birthday. I was in the waiting room for 2 hours before my name was called. Once called, they told me it would take 3 hours to transfer all my data from the old phone to the new phone. I was shocked, you mean this entire process is going to take me 5 hours with the technology we have these days? I told them there was no way that I could wait another 3 hours for the transfer process and asked to speak to a supervisor. Arrogant, unprofessional David comes over and began talking to me about what he was and cant do. But listen to this, he never asked me what was wrong, or how he could help or anything. He immediately became rude before even hearing my concern. At that point I told them to transfer all my stuff back to my old phone and give me my CASH back that I just gave them to purchase the phone. It took them another 2 hours to give me my money back. I came home and called customer service. The associate told me a totally different story than the person in the store. The very next day I walked into a different carrier and transferred all 4 lines out. I was in the store for over an hour, but I was treated with so much respect and courtesy that it didnt matter. I purchased the Galaxy Note 8 and it took approx 15 minutes to transfer everything over. DO NOT DO business with Sprint!!! T
I typically never leave bad reviews because I understand we are all human and sometimes we make mistakes and/or have a bad day….
This experience warranted me to review this store particularly. I honestly I wish I could give 0 stars.
I added a line to an existing business account and purchased a new iPhone that I set on an iep and accessories that I paid for in full. Long story short, the representative set up the iPhone and I am unable to use the phone due to it being signed into an iCloud I don’t have access to. There were steps missed in explaining what he was doing during set up and transfer of information from one phone to another. He completed the set up of the phone. He assumed I was aware of a process I was not.
When he determined the issue could be remediated, he told me that it was not his fault and I needed to go to an Apple Store. I asked if we could just cancel the order, close the line and I would be happy to pay the restock fee. I was then told I needed to calm down by his follow associate. I never once raised or changed the tone of my voice.
I said I was calm and asked if I could speak to a superior. I was given a business card for the store manger that had the store number and no email. I was also advised that the store manager was not in and could not be given a timeframe in which I could speak to him. I collected the business card of the associate and store manager and left the store without incident.
