Read moreA complete waste of time. In store staff said it could be the charger port and had to be sent away because the only way to fix that is with soldering. Once in Kentucky they advised the entire motherboard needed to be replaced because they couldn't just replace the port. There was nothing wrong with the motherboard, it was just the plcharger and the replacement motherboard would cost $740. The computer only cost $550 when it was purchased brand new 14 months ago.
