I stayed here overnight when I went to the Offspring concert. The location was perfect. Blossom Music Center is literally right down road. Aside from that, there are a ton of restaurants and places to shop nearby. I got here a couple of hours before check in so the first thing I did was go somewhere for lunch. There are several food options located right in the strip of the plaza where the hotel is. I went to Skyline Chili and it was definitely the right decision because the food and atmosphere were awesome. Then I went and saw a movie at the Cinemark theater about 10 minutes away. Just drive down like 4 streets and you’re there. The movie ended right after 3 o’clock so perfect timing. When I got back I went to the front desk, but didn’t even need to because I checked in early on the Hilton Honors app so I already had my digital key, but didn’t realize until then. The front desk lady was nice. I took the stairs up to my room on the 3rd floor. Non-smoking rooms, but it reeked of cheap weed. One of the housekeepers greeted me. The room was a studio suite. It overlooked a playground area. I turned the TV on and put on MTV for my favorite show Ridiculousness. As I was going to the bathroom I noticed there was a centipede chilling on the outside corner of the shower. I thought it was dead at first, but then it crawled down a little bit and was chilling some more. I ignored it, and after a while it was gone and I never saw it again. I pulled the blind down to make the room dark and took a nap. The AC was already blasting on 72, and it was nice and cool. I woke up and went to the concert, taking the stairs down because the elevator was on the opposite end of the hall. I got back right before midnight and the parking lot was almost full. I parked right by the side door, but this time I walked to the main entrance to try to take the elevator because I was tired from walking at the concert. I never found the elevator. So I just took the stairs again. I laid down and fell asleep. The pillows were really comfy. Took a shower before I left. Checked out on the app. If you like golf, there is a driving range a few minutes away which I had passed on the way to the theater. I didn’t take advantage of the other amenities they have. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back the next time I ever go to Blossom. However, it was rather expensive, in my opinion. About $258 for one night:...
Read moreBeware of this hotel, they do not follow the American disability act standards. My husband recently stayed at this property and was treated horribly as a disabled individual. We are Hilton diamond members and have stayed over 300 nights at Hilton properties this year between the two of us, and upon arrival of this hotel, they were not prepared to help my disabled husband, even though we had called in advance multiple times, and been assured that they were ready and willing to help him get into the property. They did not have the correct wheelchair on site. The wheelchair was for a very small individual or a child, and when the wheelchair broke with my husband in it, they tried to charge him for the wheelchair. There was no concern shown for his health. They did not offer to call the fire department. They did not offer to call the doctor… nothing.||They did not check on him and in fact, they were more concerned with getting his drivers license and verifying his diamond status then they were with his health or checking him in. ||||As usual, all of his reservations are made through the Hilton app, and he had a digital key, but they insisted on getting his drivers license from him and having him sign a form when he had just driven 8 hours and having the issue with the wheelchair rather than helping him to his room. They further humiliated him by asking him to sit in an office chair and push himself to his room. In over 300 nights of stays this year ….. no one has ever treated him like this. When he had to extend his stay they inconvenienced him again by requiring that somebody stop by the desk and get new keys rather than bringing the new keys to the room. ||||Just overall, they were not accommodating to a disabled individual so if you have any disability at all, I would think twice before staying here. This property needs serious training. ||||And for business travelers, like my husband please be aware that Housekeeping did not pay attention to the door hanger and knocked regardless of the do not disturb sign multiple times. This can be a problem If you’re on a business call and the housekeeping staff keeps knocking, and even attempts to...
Read moreHORRIBLE experience!!!!!! I am not one to write terrible reviews, but with what occurred I needed to share. I had booked 4 rooms for business managers all professional, and some veteran's coming into town. Also, booked the meeting room for 2 days. I booked the rooms at the hotel and the meeting facility via sales manager. We spent a great deal of money for the rooms. The rooms were beautiful and hotel was clean. All of the individuals in the group are very intelligent business people who understand COVID and it's ramifications. So, we seperated the tables and were cognisent of wearing masks when moving about the hotel. Our industry is very customer service oriented and as such we expect the same of other businesses when serving their customers.
The manager of the facility was Extremely Rood, threatening and condesending. As I had said we wore our masks when leaving the room to go to the bathroom or to the hotel rooms. He accused us of taunting him like we were children by not wearing the masks only when he came towards us in the facility. (absolutely not true). We made sure we were outside the hotel to talk on the cell phones. He questioned why one of my speakers was masked and standing in the lobby waiting to come and speak. (There were absolutely NO postings anywhere in the lobby or hotel that stated the lobby was closed.) He did not want to serve us coffee or water which we were told would be in the meeting room.
There were several rood and unprofessional comments made by the Manager, his staff was very nice. In fact, he wore his mask under his nose. The second day of the meeting we moved to another facility.
Along with the rudeness of the Manager, there was a Overnight package that arrived signed for and misteriously misplaced. I have NEVER EVER had this type of experience and I traveled a great amount prior to COVID. I stay in the Hilton family of Hotels exclusively as we are Diamond Members and I can assure you this was not a pleasant stay.
This was Unacepptable behavior from a Hotel...
