I stayed here overnight when I went to the Offspring concert. The location was perfect. Blossom Music Center is literally right down road. Aside from that, there are a ton of restaurants and places to shop nearby. I got here a couple of hours before check in so the first thing I did was go somewhere for lunch. There are several food options located right in the strip of the plaza where the hotel is. I went to Skyline Chili and it was definitely the right decision because the food and atmosphere were awesome. Then I went and saw a movie at the Cinemark theater about 10 minutes away. Just drive down like 4 streets and you’re there. The movie ended right after 3 o’clock so perfect timing. When I got back I went to the front desk, but didn’t even need to because I checked in early on the Hilton Honors app so I already had my digital key, but didn’t realize until then. The front desk lady was nice. I took the stairs up to my room on the 3rd floor. Non-smoking rooms, but it reeked of cheap weed. One of the housekeepers greeted me. The room was a studio suite. It overlooked a playground area. I turned the TV on and put on MTV for my favorite show Ridiculousness. As I was going to the bathroom I noticed there was a centipede chilling on the outside corner of the shower. I thought it was dead at first, but then it crawled down a little bit and was chilling some more. I ignored it, and after a while it was gone and I never saw it again. I pulled the blind down to make the room dark and took a nap. The AC was already blasting on 72, and it was nice and cool. I woke up and went to the concert, taking the stairs down because the elevator was on the opposite end of the hall. I got back right before midnight and the parking lot was almost full. I parked right by the side door, but this time I walked to the main entrance to try to take the elevator because I was tired from walking at the concert. I never found the elevator. So I just took the stairs again. I laid down and fell asleep. The pillows were really comfy. Took a shower before I left. Checked out on the app. If you like golf, there is a driving range a few minutes away which I had passed on the way to the theater. I didn’t take advantage of the other amenities they have. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back the next time I ever go to Blossom. However, it was rather expensive, in my opinion. About $258 for one night:...

Beware of this hotel, they do not follow the American disability act standards. My husband recently stayed at this property and was treated horribly as a disabled individual. We are Hilton diamond members and have stayed over 300 nights at Hilton properties this year between the two of us, and upon arrival of this hotel, they were not prepared to help my disabled husband, even though we had called in advance multiple times, and been assured that they were ready and willing to help him get into the property. They did not have the correct wheelchair on site. The wheelchair was for a very small individual or a child, and when the wheelchair broke with my husband in it, they tried to charge him for the wheelchair. There was no concern shown for his health. They did not offer to call the fire department. They did not offer to call the doctor… nothing.||They did not check on him and in fact, they were more concerned with getting his drivers license and verifying his diamond status then they were with his health or checking him in. ||||As usual, all of his reservations are made through the Hilton app, and he had a digital key, but they insisted on getting his drivers license from him and having him sign a form when he had just driven 8 hours and having the issue with the wheelchair rather than helping him to his room. They further humiliated him by asking him to sit in an office chair and push himself to his room. In over 300 nights of stays this year ….. no one has ever treated him like this. When he had to extend his stay they inconvenienced him again by requiring that somebody stop by the desk and get new keys rather than bringing the new keys to the room. ||||Just overall, they were not accommodating to a disabled individual so if you have any disability at all, I would think twice before staying here. This property needs serious training. ||||And for business travelers, like my husband please be aware that Housekeeping did not pay attention to the door hanger and knocked regardless of the do not disturb sign multiple times. This can be a problem If you’re on a business call and the housekeeping staff keeps knocking, and even attempts to...

HORRIBLE experience!!!!!! I am not one to write terrible reviews, but with what occurred I needed to share. I had booked 4 rooms for business managers all professional, and some veteran's coming into town. Also, booked the meeting room for 2 days. I booked the rooms at the hotel and the meeting facility via sales manager. We spent a great deal of money for the rooms. The rooms were beautiful and hotel was clean. All of the individuals in the group are very intelligent business people who understand COVID and it's ramifications. So, we seperated the tables and were cognisent of wearing masks when moving about the hotel. Our industry is very customer service oriented and as such we expect the same of other businesses when serving their customers.

The manager of the facility was Extremely Rood, threatening and condesending. As I had said we wore our masks when leaving the room to go to the bathroom or to the hotel rooms. He accused us of taunting him like we were children by not wearing the masks only when he came towards us in the facility. (absolutely not true). We made sure we were outside the hotel to talk on the cell phones. He questioned why one of my speakers was masked and standing in the lobby waiting to come and speak. (There were absolutely NO postings anywhere in the lobby or hotel that stated the lobby was closed.) He did not want to serve us coffee or water which we were told would be in the meeting room.

There were several rood and unprofessional comments made by the Manager, his staff was very nice. In fact, he wore his mask under his nose. The second day of the meeting we moved to another facility.

Along with the rudeness of the Manager, there was a Overnight package that arrived signed for and misteriously misplaced. I have NEVER EVER had this type of experience and I traveled a great amount prior to COVID. I stay in the Hilton family of Hotels exclusively as we are Diamond Members and I can assure you this was not a pleasant stay.

This was Unacepptable behavior from a Hotel...

This review is going to look strange given how many good reviews this hotel has collected. I don't rush to bash businesses online after a bad experience, but a sufficient amount of time has passed since I reached out to management and received *no reply*. I was by myself just passing through and brought no pets. Don't smoke or vape, etc. Upon check-in, I was asked to sign a form that said I wouldn't have parties or make a mess. OK, sure! However, I found the room to be inhospitable. First, I noticed a strong musty smell (like wet dog). Next, I found hair in the bathroom, especially the shower, so I turned it on briefly to rinse it out. Upon walking into the room, I heard a loud continuous buzz from the wall opposite the bed. After checking that it wasn't coming from my room, I called the front desk and asked to change rooms knowing that it would probably keep me awake. The attendant that checked me in said that because I turned the shower on I'd be charged for the room change because "housekeeping isn't available to tidy the room again." OK, but I turned the shower on because the room wasn't tidy! Anyway, as the evening progressed, I noticed that the carpet definitely had not been vacuumed in a while. My socks were full of short pet hair of varying colors as well as longer hair. Pet hair was also on the couch, the nightstands, not even the tv remote was spared! I also know the floor hadn't been cleaned because *I found a dog bone at the foot of the bed.* If the attendants/staff are going to badger new guests about not making a mess and being quiet (no parties!), then the room ought to be quiet (it wasn't) and clean (it wasn't).We need to demand better from Hilton. Hilton refunded my stay, but the lack of communication from management is enough reason to leave a review here.

This is a mixed review. Upon arriving at the Home2 Suites we were thrilled. We have family in Ohio and visit often. We have previously stayed at an older property and were happy to have a new option. This was our first opportunity to try Home2 Suites when we came to town for my grandaughter's graduation. The hotel is new, bright, colorful, and in a fantastic location with multiple dining options and a gas station within walking or easy driving distance. We checked into our room and it was spacious and clean. It had a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary plates and kitchen utensils. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows, etc. There was a pool, a laundry/gym, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. These were all fantastic. Now to the part that was not good. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. No one cleaned or serviced our room the entire time we were there. At all. Not once. At the start of the week we said "We love it here, this is our new place when we come to Stow." but by the end of the week with trash piled around us and having to track down staff to give us toilet paper and fresh towels, we changed our mind! My husband saw the cleaning crew in our hallway and told them we hadn't been serviced. Instead of coming in and cleaning our room, they had him bring them our trash bags! (which he did) The book in the room explained their cleaning schedule and said that days 1-4 would offer "light cleaning" - just making beds with no change of linen, emptying trash, replenishing supplies, etc. That was all absolutely fine with us. We are thankful for environmentally friendly businesses. But we got no light cleaning. We were bummed about the lack of service because the actual property is so lovely, affordable and convenient.

Not up to Hilton standards for Home2 Suites, mainly because the property is showing its age (8 years old). Room & Comfort: The mattress was not up to Hilton quality—uncomfortable, worn, and with a stained cover (see photo). The comforter was thin and disappointing. No smart TVs in the room, meaning no Netflix or other apps—isn’t this 2025? The bathroom soap dispenser was broken. Thin walls, can hear opening/closing of drawers in next room. Overall, the room experience fell short of expectations. Service & Staff: The reason this is a 3-star review instead of 1-star is Steven and Tina. Steven ( front desk) was professional, attentive, and genuinely tried to help. He explained that new TVs are scheduled to be installed this year, and he made sure I had an extra blanket. His engagement and hospitality stood out. Tina (breakfast attendant) clearly takes pride in her work. The breakfast area was well-stocked, neatly arranged, and she was cheerful and helpful, even answering questions about the food products. Both Steven and Tina are excellent ambassadors for Hilton, and they made a lasting positive impression. Steven even encouraged me to try again in the future. Unfortunately, sleep quality is too important for me to risk returning to this location. *Offering a small salt water pool.
