Hunan Of Stow — Restaurant in Stow

Placed an order online to them and something got placed wrong on my order. I called them 5 times to try and get it changed and no one would pick up the phone. Finally on the 5th try someone picked up and instantly asked me to hold so I said ok. They didn't place me on hold they sat the phone down while still on. I could hear them laughing and talking in the background but apparently they were too busy to ever get back to the call while I waited on the line for 5 minutes until someone literally hung the phone up in my ear. Called back again and no one would answer again. So about 50 minutes after I placed the online order, driver shows up I told him what happened and told him he could keep the food. Immediately showed an attitude and rolled his eyes because he had to drive the whole 5 minutes to my house... Incredibly unprofessional place would not recommend, and definitely won't be going back. Would give it zero...

I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY but live in Florida currently and I am visiting family in Stow, OH for a couple of weeks. We’ve randomly decided to order takeout and decided Chinese sounds great. The google reviews and all else was accurate to what the taste and quality of the food was. I had the General Tso Chicken with egg fried rice, the Crab Rangoon and also the Chicken Dumpling “Heaven” literally Heaven and it made me feel like I was eating Chinese food in Brooklyn, NY. This place is legit 5/5 and you know you can’t just order any Chinese food from anywhere. This place was deliciously awesome and I would always and forever order from them as long as I visit Ohio. Visiting Cuyahoga Valley NP, stopped her for dinner takeout because other restaurants were closed on Monday & Labor Day. The house special soup was excellent, filled with fresh & crunchy veggies along with chicken, bbq pork, & shrimp. The seafood delight was excellent, jumbo shrimps, scallops, & imitation crabmeat & veggies in a garlic white sauce. The white rice was perfect - moist & tender. Huge portions & reasonable prices.
