UPDATE to this review-- Shawn the store manager promptly called me and assisted with reduction in fee to return the foam mattress i was not happy with. KUDOS to him, he cares about his store and his customers. I will be able to return my mattress without paying over 50% of what it cost me-- still a delivery fee for pickup, but i understand that. And so if you shop there i would make sure to work with Shawn.

Was told it would cost me 100.00 to return if not happy when I purchased five days ago. I called to return as the firm foam mattress is not great, especially the one I bought. I am a side sleeper and this one was designed for stomach or back sleeper. I was informed I could trade in for another mattress or a return would cost me 200.00. 100.00 return fee and 100.00 pickup fee. Buyer beware / you will be tied to mattress firm for another mattress or have to pay a ridiculous price to return. The sun prairie location told me I could avoid the 100.00 pick up fee by driving the mattress to their cudahy location, well over a 90 minute drive. Terrible… stuck w a mattress that does not work great. I would not recommend this store to anyone shopping...

I have a bed I bought when I got my first job so it it the only bed I have known. My lower back and neck are in pain when I wake up each day now so I finally decided it was time. I was procrastinating getting a new bed because of the expense and not knowing what to buy. I've heard horror stories from friends about buying a bed then having to get rid of it immediately because they hated it. My husband and I went in to Mattress Firm and we were greeted by Shaun, our salesperson.The first thing he did was ask questions about how we slept. Then gave us pillows and had us lay on a hard, medium and soft bed. We went back and forth trying to find our comfort levels. We then laid on many beds according to our preferred comfort levels. He was patient, very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions no matter how silly they were. He was professional and ended up selling not 1 but 2 beds! We will definitely recommend...

Jake was my salesman and his knowledge of available slumber solutions was top tier. I explained my personal sleep struggles and he guided me to an excellent choice of mattress that I am looking forward to enjoying for many years to come. His knowledge of available products was impressive, and It was a delight to converse with someone so passionate about solving my sleep comfort dilemma. From the moment I walked in the store, I felt as if I was being guided by a Dream shaman to the Holy land of perfect sleep. Like a Sherpa, He helped navigate me through the mountain of mattress choices and by the time I walked out of the store with receipt in hand, I knew I had reached the summit of night-time comfort.
