My friend and I really loved this place the first time we went for the monthly Thursday evening wine tasting. The "wine passport" is so fun! The second time, however, left a pretty bad taste in our mouths. The owner came in and spoke to all patrons except for our party and the party behind us (all black women). This blatant disregard of our presence did not go unnoticed, and-unfortunately-because of this, we can no longer patronize this establishment. The service we received from the ladies behind the bar was exceptional-they are very sweet and attentive. We were disappointed by the owner's lack of professionalism. Holding a quick conversation with each and every patron in your establishment would have gone a long way, and we were deeply disturbed by the lack of regard for our business. UPDATE (3/20/18): We went back after speaking with Curtis (owner) who sincerely apologized for the first experience and wanted us to give them another shot. From the moment we walked in the 2nd time we were greeted right away and had a excellent experience from start to finish. We were assisted by Kevin who did and great job and was very well knowledged when it came to the wine and even their great beer selection. I would definitely recommend working with him.

After returning and giving them another shot, I can honestly say I will be back again very soon. Thanks again!

I want to not like this place because it's not local and in a kinda suburban mall area but the problem is, I can't. As someone that only comes in for beer, the selection is diverse and unique. Plus I love that I can get singles instead of just 4 or 6 packs. Seems to get stuff I don't see nearby which is nice. Also the staff is super friendly & informative without being overbearing.
