Terrible return policy experience. I tried to return bamboo cutting boards and a stainless steel shaker after noticing quality issues — tiny fibers lifted from the cutting board surface, and the shaker developed multiple stains. I was refused a return even after speaking to two managers.

I was never informed that I couldn’t wash or inspect the items, or that all plastic and tags had to remain on them. That completely defeats the purpose of a return policy. If you can’t test something, what exactly are you supposed to be returning?

I won’t shop here again especially because I asked about return policies when purchasing items but I wan’t informed at all. This place effectively has no return policy, and the customer service was poor. No apology, no flexibility — just dismissiveness.

This review is limited only to the store's delivery service provider, Select Express & Logistics. The Homegoods store itself is excellent. Friendly staff. Great selection of items. Always clean and well organized. The one star review is to encourage them to look for a different delivery service provider. Select Express and Logistics has been inefficient, unfriendly, and incompetent. I purchased a couch and two chairs on February 12th. The ad in the store states "fast delivery next day." It is now February 20th and still no delivery. I would not bore you with all of the excuses they have given me but in a nutshell, they could not or would not deliver the items timely. It is incredibly frustrating. After the fourth time they rescheduled the delivery date, I told them to just cancel the delivery and refund my money. They refused. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The store itself is great. The prices are hard to beat and hard to find anywhere else. The only issue is if you’re apart of the LGBTQ+ and you present that way (I have short hair and dress more masculine as a female), they will give you major grief about going into your specified dressing room. The store itself is typically fine! But I’m not trans or anything along those lines so I am not “going into the opposite gender’s dressing room,” I just wanted to use the women’s dressing room with my wife, and that seems to be too much...
