Casago Sunriver — Hotel in Sunriver

Nice well kept two level spacious home close in to the village, store, restaurants. While also close to the railroad tracks, we only had a few trains- which passed quickly. Open pine forest out back was terrific for exercising our Shepherd. Good points about the home: nice fireplace, comfy memory foam king bed, private hot tub on back deck, covered front deck- which was perfect for my pork chops & asparagus. I initiated a brand NEW 5 burner bbq, which did beautifully. Well stocked kitchen, leather furniture, tons of room. Only 1 improvement I’d recommend is replacing the low wattage antler chandelier over the dining table. Too dim to play board games, play cards, or see your dinner very well. Kitchen has old style hanging teardrop fixtures, which are also dim for seeing much. Small potatoes, and certainly no dealbreaker for a nice stay. Carpet is in almost new condition, with no stains or worn spots. This was our first time renting with Cascara in 30 years coming to Sunriver. They are really on their game, seriously polite and responsive, and cheerful. I’d give them an A+ without any reservation. Chase was terrific. Our three day stay couldn’t be better. Saw elk and coyote out by the airport, too....

We had a family trip to sunriver and booked with Cascara at the #14 Sequoia property. We had a fantastic time! The property was very clean and quiet! The back deck was spacious and private. The table on the deck was big enough for our family to enjoy meals and relax. The hot tub was clean and had a good number of jets. The property management was quick to respond to any of our questions and the check in/out process was seamless. After we left, we made a huge mistake by accidentally shipping an Amazon order to the rental home. I was so embarrassed!! On top of that it was a very heavy item and it was a bit expensive, so I would have been bummed if it was lost. The Cascara team were very kind and stayed in touch with me even dropping the shipment at a nearby fedex. They had no obligation, but again went above and beyond! I can’t thank them enough! HAVING RENTED HOMES IS SUNRIVER FOR OVER 30 YEARS THIS HOME IS BY FAR THE WORST HOME WE HAVE EVER RENTED. MANY OF THE AMENITIES LISTED IN THE AD WERE NOT WORKING OR NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. EXP. NO INTERNET, HALF OF THE TV'S DID NOT WORK, WHEN WE PLANNED TO BARBEQUE RIBS THAT WEEKEND WE FOUND THE BARBEQUE HAD NO PROPANE ( TANKS WAS THEN REPLACED ) AND THE NEXT NIGHT WHEN WE TRIED AGAIN WE FOUND THE GRILL ITSELF HAD BURNERS THAT DID NOT WORK AND THUS WE COULD NOT USE THE UNIT, THE TOILETS DID NOT FLUSH PROPERLY AND I GUESS THIS IS WHY THERE ARE PLUNGERS IN EVERY BATHROOMS-YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE. MANY TO THE LIGHT FIXTURES HAD BULBS WHICH DID NOT WORK, FOR CASCARA TO RENT A HOME IN THIS BAD OF SHAPE...
