This place is a joke. Wine is decent, the problem I have is with the staff. My friend got up and asked for ice because my partner prefers ice in her wine. The hostess walked up and not only didn't say the words "we don't have ice, sorry" (which would have been totally fine and would have been the end of that) but proceeded to explain why having ice is WRONG and that there's other places she can go to get ice. Are you kidding me? This isn't about the ice, it's about the terrible treatment of your customers. To make matters worse, I noticed that a bunch of either AI bots or friends of the business are inundating this place with frankly insulting reviews that are referencing the incident. See attached review.
To the owners of this place, I advise you learn how to treat your customers with respect and stop patronizing them. Taking a negative review in stride and owning it instead of childishly "fighting back" with an influx of positive, clearly fake reviews would also do wonders for your reputation.
I will never return here and I advise others find a more respectful winery to support, of which...
Read moreMy husband and I recently stopped by this past holiday for an impromptu winetasting. What an absolute delight of a place - family run. Serious wines for not so serious people. We are pretty much to epitome of "noobs" in the wine world. This place had such a comfortable feel - the owner took his time to be incredibly informative about the wines, the processes, as well as the nuances of the seasons/vintages/weather on the taste of each selection. They offer glasses as well as flights of white and red wines. As well as a tasteful selection of Hors D'oeuvre. Wines are inspired by their parents and some of the wines have proceeds to support Stadium High scholarships for women in tech. It has such a kind and happy vibe that we'll definitely be returning. If you have time - or deserve a relaxing time out - make this your next spot. Support this local business who loves what they do and love the community who...
Read moreI've had the privilege of watching the Dahlman Winery grow from a thought, to a dream, to a reality. Years ago, I tasted their first wine and gave an honest review that I won't post here. (It wasn't too bad, but I'm picky.) Recently I had their Red Bench 2020 and I want to buy it for all my friends. It's my new favorite wine! The actual red bench has a special place in my memories. My daughter used to lay on the red bench in their home and lazily suck her thumb. This is a testament to the great hosts that Jim and Andrea are in making their guests feel welcome. If you get a chance you should go meet them in their tasting room. I'm not surprised that their wine has done so well. They work with passion, dedication and diligence. I'm so proud to share their...
