Another update. 7/16. Tell me why nothing has changed? The employees are still rude and things are still wrong 90% of the time. They don't even acknowledge you. This time I'm ordering thro the drive thro. The girl just sounds like she doesn't wanna be there... and at the window the girl didn't even look at me or greet me when I said hi. Not once when interacting at the drive thro did she even look at me or be courteous. The manager or A manager is there almost every time I get food to witness how their employees talk to customers. Why doesn't he coach his team members? Is he just as bad? I always am nice, greet them, and say thank you and don't even complain to them when something is wrong cuz I don't wanna make it a big deal. But why are the orders constantly wrong and they are always rude af? They need new management cuz my goodness things are just as bad as my first time at this location 4 years ago.
It's been 3 years since I made this review. Nothing has changed. They are still rude and something is still always wrong or missing. The most recent 10/31/2023. I order a grilled chicken club, they never put bacon on it, and why the hell am I charged for extra tomatoes? Ridiculous. Their prices also have gone up. $4 for a 5 count of nuggets? And the pieces are small as hell. I go for the quality of food and friendly service, but you can get twice as much for the same quality and price at the whataburger next door. Chick-fil-A standards have plummeted unless this is just a bad location.
I moved near this location 2 months ago, and I order from this location 1-2 times a week. Probably 95% of the time, my order is wrong, or I'm missing something. Also, the fries are never filled all the way, and sometimes the food comes out dry like they've been sitting there for hours. I ordered this morning 8/24/20 at around 8:30am. Read moreI usually don’t give bad reviews, especially because this is the only fast food place my husband approves of and my 5 kids LOVE very much. We’ve been to this location many times since it is near our house. As it is a new location for our neighborhood I used mobile order to avoid the long line and save time with 5 kids. It often comes up with some mistakes. When there’s only carry-out before they start with dine-in, I have had go back to store to asked for missing items after I choose carry-out my order home. I’m so happy when they started dine-in with put in your table number instead of to pickup point to get your order. But our food ALWAYS come with missing drinks.. not one time or two times happened that I have go to counter to ask for missing milkshakes ( I thought it might take longer time than fountain drinks ) or sodas. Tonight I took my 5 kids to same location again for dinner. There’s not too many customers in the shop. We got our food order with not completely order like no request sauce on the hamburgers, hamburgers labels was wrong with the our order... the most unacceptable thing was they forgot our 5 drinks and 1 ice cream cone AGAIN!!! We waited about 15-20 mins until we almost finished food to ask someone passed by to get our drinks. How can you serve 5 meals with fries and no drinks? How can you not notice a group meals without a single drink? I spoke to the store manager and she replied with a staff just new for 2 days.. ?! I said this not the first time happened so I need to speak to manager, she said it’s what happened because I use Mobile order.. ?! Read moreNot the best Chick-fil-a ever... I was forewarned by my friend earlier tonight that this location has messed up his order a couple of times, but I was on a time crunch and decided to give it a go.
I ordered my meal at the drive-thru and was told that the ice cream machine was down for the night (It was about 9:50 pm so kind of understandable but also it did make me question if I rolled up to McDonald's). Anyways, I also asked for NO ICE in my drink because I really don't like it when they fill the whole cup up with ice and then you get probably about 1/4 of what the cup can actually hold of your drink. A preference, and maybe a high maintenance one to some, but still. A simple request. Well I got the ice in my drink regardless and didn't realize until I got home...
And lastly, THEY asked me if I wanted any sauces and when I said yes they asked which ones to which I also answered. Yet low and behold, I arrived home and looked into the bag to find no sauces to be found... A minor inconvenience, sure, but why ask if you're not going to follow through on it, you know?
Anyways, all of these are "minor" inconveniences in my opinion, but the little things do add up after a bit. And for a company that prides itself on service, I would hope that these kinds of things would be corrected when pointed out.
