Hot Springs County Senior Center, Inc. — Local services in Thermopolis

This is a great place to connect with programs that assist Seniors and Disabled people. There's Lunch served weekdays, but not currently offering gluten-free at the Hot Springs County location. I have attended some of the special holiday meals and potlucks. It's a really nice way to celebrate with others in the community, especially if you don't have family locally and can't afford to pay for a restaurant meal to celebrate with others. When I first moved to Thermopolis in late 2013, I had heard that this place was undergoing renovations, so I don't know what it used to look like, but it's a really nice facility now. Ive recently joined the Writers Group, and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. For those of us that are interested in learning more about how to write, and how to get our finished products to be published, this is a very informative and supportive group. Information about economical options for pursuing your craft are so helpful for those of us who are on a budget. There's lots of options at this center...
