I Asked For A Carton Of Virginia Slims 120's Menthol, They Showed Me A Pack Of Virginia Slims To Make Sure They Was The Right Cigarettes. I Said Yes. They Got The Carton, I Paid For Them, 👉 Not Double Checking. Got Home, And Seen They Was The Wrong Size. They Was The Kings, Not The 120's. And, Did Not Know The Ohio Law, 👇 That You Can Not Return Alcohol Or Tobacco Once It Leaves The Store. 👇 Had My Receipt. But Could Not Get My Money Back, Because I Could Not Do A Exchange.
The Store Manager Jeff Was Very Rude. There Is Not Store Sign Telling You Of No Refunds Once It Leaves The Store, Not, Would He Show Me The Policy Of The Rule. I Told Jeff, It Is Because Of People Like Him, The World Is Falling Down. And, NO GOOD WILL EVER COME TOWARDS HIM. JEFF WILL LOSE EVERYTHING, AND, NO JUSTICE WILL BE THERE FOR HIM. You should Always Treat People How You Want To Be Treated, No Matter Who They Are. Kroger Will Close Eventually Along With All Other Stores, Like Rite Aid Pharmacy. And, JEFF WILL FINE HIMSELF IN THE FOOD STAMP LINE AND GOING TO PANTRIES TO BEG FOR FOOD TO FEED...

SHOP LOCAL and SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES rather than products and plants imported from who knows where. I literally have never had a good...

Allison would not make the exception to help me as a single mom get my babies formula because he wasn’t sickly or dying with cancer as she stated or this wasn’t a Covid situation however, I did read in the Kroger store policy that they will make some exceptions except for beer, wine, gift cards, and WIC products. She ended the conversation stating she’s not willing to make an exception for me today and didn’t have a exact reason. Just the fact that I was 14 days over the return policy date although I have my receipt she understood she just was not willing to do...
