I implore you, find another hotel! First, 20min after booking a room 6wks in advance, I realized there’s a Hilton closer to the office I’d be visiting, with a higher per room charge. I called asking if I can pay the difference and move the booking to the other Hilton, but was told there’d be a $200 cancellation fee on a $160 room. Next, I get to the Round Swamp Rd location to check in, and after repeatedly telling an employee that I’ll carry my own bags, he annoyingly and rudely insisted to touch my bags, telling me how the hotel doesn’t pay him enough and he relies on tips, as if that’s my problem. Then, after waiting 15 min to check in while 2 employees (Kelly and Mia) at the front desk were flirting with other employees, I finally get to my room. I booked a double bed but was given a single bed. I had to go back to the front desk to change my room. This time Kelly and Mia were available, but it took them 10min to verify I ordered a double bed, while they checked their system and refused to acknowledge both my printed receipt and electronic booking information. I get to the double room (we’re now about 30min from the time I got to the hotel) and the room smelled like a wet basement and was dirty. It’s as if the hotel tried to con me into taking a single bed, then delayed on purpose to have time to do a shotty cleaning job in the room i did book. I didn’t want to be further inconvenienced with wasted time by arguing with the incompetent front desk employees, so I settled. I lit a candle to mask the gross smell instead. Then they told me I shouldn’t be lighting candles. I’d love to not have needed to light a candle Hilton. Two times during my 3 day stay my room card stopped working, so I had the pleasure of having to deal with the front desk employees yet again. One of the times, again they were too busy flirting with other employees, making me wait to get into my room. Their excuse on why the room card locked was that they thought I checked out, and it was my fault bc changing from the single bed room i didn’t book to the double bed room caused confusion in their system. I’m sorry for the confusion of being given the wrong room, Kelly and Mia. The premises.. while mostly nice certain locations were gross. The bathtub looked like it had blood on it, there were nail clippings on the chair in my room, the stairwell had poop stains on the wall and smelled like a dirty wet basement. Next, the heat didn’t work in the room. I set the temp to 80s but it never passed 60. And the heating machine had an erroneous sharp piece of metal sticking out from it. Lastly, they have spying devices in the room. Look underneath sinks and countertops to see their spying devices. When I asked why they had that (bc I wanted to be annoying after my unpleasant experience), Kelly and Mia with smiles on their face said “oh, well, that’s for safety of our employees” then refused to answer how spying devices in a bathroom protect their employees. Terrible experience, terrible hotel, but most of all, a lot of employees are incompetent, The front desk employees act as if they wish they were Hilton daughters. If they are worried more about customers than flirting with other employees, they’d likely be more accommodating. They’d be better suited as bartenders if they want to get paid to flirt. I will say… the cleaning staff were great. When i pointed out blood on the tub and nail clippings in the room, the staff immediately cleaned it (note: i reported this to the cleaning staff directly bypassing the incompetent front desk employees). The cleaning staff should be promoted to Customer Service and Customer Service should be fired or demoted to lower positions more conducive to their incompetency. Dear Tim: I most definitely accurately described your establishment. Your rebuttal of belittling my “grievances”, and stating a “single bed” is not a room with one single bed is exactly what I expect. Can u please address the blood spying heating while you’re willing to engage? Or did you purposely ignore those “grievances”?

I stayed at this hotel this past Saturday night and was extremely disappointed due to a lack of cleanliness and the poor state of our room. 1. I had a room with two double/queen beds. There was a chair at the desk but there was a large space in the room that looked like there should be a chair or a couch, but there was none. So your option was to sit on the bed or the floor. When I was passing by other rooms, if the doors were open with the cleaners there, I could see large orange arm chairs in the area where I had nothing. 2. Apparently this room was renovated. The bathroom was definitely NOT renovated. Not only was it not clean (spatter of who knows what all over the walls, food and dirt on light switches), the tub was also old and grimy - water stains/rings all around it. The bathroom door was also filthy and in desperate need of paint - scratches or what looks like claw marks really all over it. 3. Nearly all of the light switches/outlets in the room needed to be wiped clean. There was what looked like food particles on them, as well as dirt and grime (images attached). The lack of cleanliness and any attention made me really concerned about what else wasn't clean in this room - and I think that is a valid concern. The doors in this hotel slam VERY loudly ALL NIGHT long. I could hardly get any sleep. When the air conditioning unit was on, that helped block out some of the noise but I was constantly woken up by people in the hallways and mainly the extremely loud doors slamming. I imagine some people complain about the AC units - the HVAC should definitely be updated in this building as it is loud, but that was the least of my concerns. No matter what the price of the hotel room is, the room should be clean. The lack of chair was interesting since other rooms clearly had them. For the price I paid for the room (total was just about $350 for the room rate and taxes), I was extremely disappointed and would not be able to recommend this hotel. Maybe all the wedding guests who give it such great reviews are too tired to see any of these issues, but I think most people would not be happy staying here.

Our stay was Feb 18-20, 2025 Check in was easy, room decent. The description of the room said freshly renovated. I think part of it was and then they forgot some of it. The heat sounds like a coffee pot getting ready to perk. The hair dryer sucks. The shower has not been renovated. NO BED BUGS They do have guest laundry. YAY! The restaurant is a different story. No room service. Didn’t even answer the phone when I called to order. Had to go down to order. Waited a good 15 mins for anyone to show up. As I was giving my order the the girl was just listening then decided to go put it in the system. She said 15 mins, more like 45. She then yelled from the bar it was done. I went and got it off the top of the counter and had to get my own utensils. Only one salad dressing and only one dipping for 9 wings. Laundry decent pay for wash dry is free. As of 2/19/25 only 1 elevator working. So when it is crowded in the morning, there is a wait. There is no flavor creamer at the coffee station, have to go to the tables. The day we were leaving i went to get some of the table and the hotel employee working breakfast told me no no i get you some leave those there. I said ok. she brought me some, however if they were at the coffee station, guest would not have to take them off the table. Over all this could be decent for a over night stay. Don't know that it would be a longer stay.

PROS: I checked in on a Wednesday evening and checked out on Sunday. This hotel is in a very nice area and the hotel is clean, clean, clean!  This is what I look for first in a hotel. I walked in without a reservation and was given a rate of $106.00 (which turned out to be 106.82 at check out) which is better than any online third party reservation site I could find besides a site I never heard of named Snap. I decided not to use Snap as I had never heard of the before and go with the safer option of booking at the hotel.

The rooms are well appointed.  Modern and minimalist decor, which I love. Coffee machine is a Keurig, pods provided ( 2 medium roast coffees, one decaf and one English Breakfast Tea).  4 sugar packets, 4 packets of artifical sweeteners, as well as coffee stirrers, 2 napkins, and small liquid coffeemate coffee creamer which was a great touch as I hate that powdered stuff which they also had. There is a good size refrigerator and microwave.

Towels were good quality as well as the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion which is all Neutrogena. The showers are heavenly. Great water pressure and you get a nice back massage. Good drainage as well. No standing in your own shower water.

The TV is a huge flatscreen with great resolution. Tons of outlets in the room and sufficient lights.

The bed and pillows were a little too soft for my liking but I slept well none the less.

CONS: There is very poor noise proofing. You can hear people flush their toliets, their TVs, door slams, people in their room talking, and couples taking care of their personal buisness. It also seemed like, for some reason, on the floor in which I was placed (2nd floor), was like a party floor in a college dorm. Tons of people going into one room a few doors down (no social distancing going on there) and the constant smell of cannabis  in the hallway. In all fairness the front desk staff did walk up and down the hallway saying that the police were going to be called for whom ever was smoking.

After my second night of enduring this, I request to be moved from the party floor to somewhere in the hotel more peaceful. I was given a room on the first floor in an area that was much more quiet.

The security needs to be beefed up. Specifically regarding people coming into the hotel who are not staying there. When in the lobby waiting for my new key to my new room, one guy was walking in past the front desk. The front desk staff asked him where he was going. He said he was going to the 3rd floor. Turns out the 3rd floor has no guest as they are remodeling. Also, only one front desk staff person was on in the evening to take care of all the hotel needs. This is irresponsible. She was running around, doing her job, but that left the front desk totally unattended at times. There should always be someone at the front desk and you should always have to show a room key to gain access to the floors, or if visiting, a call should be made to the room where you are going.

Also, there was no disinfectant for me to wipe down the surfaces in the room. Although I was assured that all the surfaces were disinfected. I bought my own and wipe the entire room down prior to unpacking my things. House keeping staff were not wearing masks and the front desk staff wore their  masks on their chins or off of one ear most of the time. I had little confidence in the assertion that the rooms were disinfected satisfactorily.  The key pads for payment transactions were also not being wiped down after each use but they did have motion activated hand sanitizer dispensers in the lobby and the next day it was moved in front of the elevators.

Check out was fast. Again staff had the mask hanging off of one ear. I asked for a discount as a result of having to move my room because of the drug smoking and partying taking place on the second floor but this request was denied. I was told "the rooms are already deeply...

Avoid your stay at this location if you're asthmatic. This would not be my first night here, but it seems my overall experience at this location has been bad. I was originally booked here last week. My orginal assigned room was on ground level. When I had entered the room smelled of heavy fragrance scent (stronger then the scent of the lobby when entering the Hilton, the room was 159 I believe ill update correct room # when i walk by later today). After several minutes of the AC running, I started coughing and started noticing an unpleasant smell of a damped basement. Upon inspection of the AC unit, it was noted that mold was growing on the vents and air intake.

I walk out of the room and let the front desk know of my discrepancy of that room. I was assigned another room without any problems afterward (319). With 319, the only issues I had were with keycard needed reprogram every other day for my week duration.

My next arrival to this Hilton again was yesterday, 8/5/24. My first assigned room was 307, this where the problems began. Once I was checked in, I was not able to access my room. I walked back to the front and requested a new set of key however the lady offered me another room (351). The room had the same aroma of fragrance, though not heavy. I check the ac and noticed yet again mold spores around the vents. I walk out immediately and report this to the front desk. They put me in 406 but had housekeeping enter the room ahead. When I got to the room I notice the same smell of the fragrance cover up and a welcoming of a spider in the corner, a leaky fire water sprinkler and a hole exposing the water pipe of the 2nd water sprinkler. The shower had rust stain on the wall from the handle, beyond all that I didn't want to complain and room hop again. So I left my belongings and went downstairs to print some stuff for work. I ended up spending my time outside the room preparing for work. Upon return from work, my room had an awful smell of wet basement. I crack the window open to max (about 3 or 4 inches) to vent in some clean air. While I went to refeshen up. That's when I ran into another issue. The shower hot and cold handle was broken to the point where you can only have hot or cold showers. If you left it halfway to far left/right, the handle would move on its own, resulting in either a burn or cold shock. I went downstairs to complain. However, there was no maintenance available at this time of night, so only a note was left for the issue to be addressed later on in the morning. I requested if I could be relocated to the same room as last week because it seems this hotel is plagued with several issues. Unfortunately, there was no other option but to wait until the 3pm to recheck in to that room (319) I accepted this but still had concerns for the air quality of 406 (mention this to front desk). Around 3am I gave up and packed my belongings. I could not sleep due to air quality. I explained to the front desk I would be checking out the room I would be sleeping in my car for the remaining night. She offered me another room which we turned out to be 351, I explained kindly that was same room given earlier and was supposed to be put out of service due to health concerns. At this point, the hotel does not have any options other than for me to wait until 3 pm or sleep in 406. Unfortunately, I'm forced to sleep the night in my car, and so I write this review. The hotel does not have adequate resources to correct its infrastructure issues. Seem this place has damp issue every where. My first week coming back from work, there was a water leak from the sealing near the big conference room (toward the ground level restroom) . Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location for extended stay until they...
