NY Tent Sale — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

Disappointed... I remember last year Bobby always said he was about the customers and that all he wanted to do was make $5 profit on every pair he sells... fast forward to my last visit a few days ago and Ny tent sale has now become the flight club of Long Island.. ALL the good kicks are wayyyy overpriced.. all the shoes that are decently prices are sneakers no one wants... all in all I’m disappointed that Bobby let the corporate greed get to him.. on the plus side I gave 2 stars cause staff is still friendly and they’ve renovated and added a complimentary snack and drink section, makes me think of all those upgrades made Bobby jack up the prices?? I wouldn’t shop here unless it’s for a pair of sneakers I can’t find anywhere else, because I know for a fact I can probably find pairs cheaper somewhere else.. wish the old Bobby who was about the customers would reappear Edit 3/27/2018 Thank you Bobby for responding.. The website is very misleading to customers. They scam you (as was in my case) into thinking the shipping and tax were free. When i tried to place an order they added tax and shipping to it so i stopped the order immediately and called customer service. Apparently they knew about it and told me it had to be fixed. When i told her that they should take the item off their site so other people don't have the same problem i did; the person (who sounded like she was half asleep) said they have to have google fix it and acted as if she could care less. (This person needs to get some customer service training because she had no personality and seemed like she didnt like her job). I hope anyone who shops this site pays attention because i am pretty sure that this isnt the first or last time that these scammers try to pull a stunt like this. BUYER...

I ordered a shoe from you guys and i was expecting to receive the item in 3-5 days(atleast thats what your shipping page claims) anyways, i was waiting for my package as it was a gift for someone very close that was leaving the country for a long period of time. Next thing i know on the 4th day of my purchase i receive an email saying my order has been cancelled because you dont have the item anymore..... are you kidding me??? Do you have to wait 4 days to check your inventory? Also whats up with the false promise of 3 - 5 days shipping when it actually took you 4 days to find out you dont have the item? Anyways that was my first and last time trying to do business with y'all.
