I usally get Starbucks every morning and I recently started to come here I’m not happy at all I had told them my drink brown sugaroatmilk shaken expresso Light ice more oatmilk you just don’t pay a drink that’s almost $10 for a drink just full of ICE!! By the time I even walked out of star buck my drink was already done by the time I got in my car. Also the old lady with grey hair that works at the cashier I told her how I want my drink and I started going 2 weeks ago I keep telling her light ice more oatmilk she was giving me a problem saying we can’t do that after I told her I got to Starbucks ever morning and everytime I get this drink no one ever gives me a problem this is the only star buck that doesn’t not listen and is so rude . Everyone was kind of helpful, and one thing I enjoy more than anything is a smile. Small thing, but it means a lot, especially in the morning.
I sat in my car, enjoying my food and drink. I got to the snack, and the danish was not in the bag. It was a chocolate chip cookie. I walked back inside and spoke to one of the baristas. She looked over at the young lady who was making the food orders. The young lady said, "I am sorry for my mistake and apologized.
To me, that means a lot. We all make mistakes. The young lady smiled, apologized, and made it right. That's customer service. That's the way to conduct business.

I took my mask off for one micro second to activate Apple Pay because my phone was broken and I couldn’t enter the passcode. In the micro second I lowered my mask to do Apple Pay, Mikey asked me to put my mask on. By the time he was done talking, my mask was back on and I was explaining that I only took it off for a second for Apple Pay. After I paid, he walked away, didn’t even offer a receipt, and said “You’re done here. You can go, this conversations done.” in a really condescending tone. It was incredibly rude & when I asked to speak to the manager, he said it was him. I come to this Starbucks all the time while charging my car. If he’s the manager and this is the type of store that he’s running, then you can bet I’m never coming...
