Third review. Find Chris!!! I came back because something happen exactly what Chris told me. When I bought a boot. He told me I need hill left in the boot. I said no I don't need. Guess what I had to come back because I need it. I got my lesson. Listen expert's recommendation. We (my wife and I ) bought boots and ski. And my kid rent boot and ski. All comfortable and nice. Good price too. I strongly strongly recommend anybody need to by ski. Board equipments. ----------------------------&- This is my second review. I visist for buying new ski. Again. Same Chris and Dan. I cant say enough how kind and professional they are. I recommend this store and Chris and Dan to all my friends and who is checking my review. !!!!!!!!!!

----------------------------+ First of all, I need more that 5 stars. I want to give him way more than 5 stars. I went Sun & Ski sports for getting my ski boot. I have 0 experience so I was afraid to ask so many questions. It all changed when I met Chris (salesman) Don and Dan (manager) They are so kind and carefully answer the each questions. I really appreciated. also I am a Asian. being in the state for more than 20 years, I never treated this way. it was beyond kindness. Chris and Don are super professional. I know that even other people in this store will be same as Chris and Don. I recommend this store...

Kyle is the best boot fitter and ski expert I have worked with. I came in to get my skis waxed and talk to someone about my discomforts with my 9 year old boots. Kyle was super knowledgeable trying several different adjustments which got me to a much better place. I could have left and skied with those boots but unfortunately would have still had some pains. Without being pushy Kyle let me know that boots have changed a lot over the past years and that I would be way more comfortable in a newer technology boot. He knew just the boot! I even made him pick a runner up but his first pick was the right one. I never thought a ski boot could be so comfortable and at a great price. He did a whole fitting with me and I walked around in them for almost an hour. They are hands down the most comfortable ski boot I have owned and with the specials going on they only cost me $270, orginal price was $440. Can’t beat that! I also had a great experience buying a new ski jacket. The woman who helped me was so nice and was able to order my size and ship it to my house in time for my trip. Lastly the guys in the repair shop were were class act, super nice and were able to wax my skis on the spot in time for my trip. I will be returning next year for some new skis for sure! I bought 3 sets of snowboard equipment for my children and 1 set of ski equipment for myself at this location recently. Along with other merchandise, I spent close to $5000. My daughter's boot needs to be order. When I came back on February 12 to pick up my daughter's boot. The younger female cashier left the boot in the shoe box on the counter without providing me a plastic bag to carry. When I ask for a bag, she told me the box and the boot were TOO HEAVY for the plastic bag and turned her back then walk away from me. I carried others merchandises and balance the box to my car and then I remembered that there were bags for my other children's boots when I purchased them a few days ago. Therefore, I returned to the same cashier and requested a bag for the boot. The cashier then said " Oh, you need a BIGGER bag" and then she gave me a bag which can fit two boots in it. The cashier's attitude was not appropriated, she made me feel like I was begging for a bag. Packaging the merchandise is the basic customer service that a cashier need to do for a customer.
