Absolutely horrible customer service! Stopped in to use a $25 coupon and it wasn't worth the headache at all!! First it took a while for the rep to locate the coupon in the system. I paid in cash so that apparently confused the rep as she gave me my total back as change instead of the actual change amount, so that took a while to straighten out. Then the computer froze and she tried to ring me up on another one, which also froze!! Took a good 15 minutes to purchase a pillow... and then I was told to go to Walmart and purchase a pillowcase for it, probably should have just bought the pillow from there as well. Oh and then the rep tried "buying" me off so I wouldn't leave a bad review by saying she would mail us more coupons but my delivery came over 2 weeks ago and still no coupons... but with such horrible customer service I can't say I was too excited to back anytime soon.

Read moreWe were told 2-4 weeks for delivery. We were scheduled for 6 weeks out. OK, I let it go, no big deal. We got frequent phone calls and emails from day one all the way up until one day before delivery was scheduled. Theses were all confirming our delivery. 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive at our house they called to say they would not ne delivering our bed and we would need to wait another 4 weeks! Mind you, I had to take off of work so someone would be home for delivery and have our bed broken down and moved to make space for the nee bed. It was a complete headache! There "customer service " was extremely difficult to deal with and I was transferred to 6 different people in attempts to find a solution. I would NEVER recommend getting a sleep number. Read moreWell first off, this is not for the store. The people in the store supposedly tried to help with empathy and compassion. If you could pick up your bed I would. The delivery company definitely does not know what customer service is. First off it took a month and a half to get the bed, then you get a text three days before delivery telling you delivery is between 4-7 pm. First off most people work for. Living and have to take the day off. Know I am wasting a perfectly good vacation day to wait for a bed to show up at night. You call and try to get it earlier and the delivery people tell you it is what it is. I just spent five grand, I might not be there to receive or may even cancel the order....
