Had an issue with our order on Sept 27. We had a mobile order we picked up curbside. The girl from the store brought out the order and never showed it to me & never told us they were out of pretty much every cookie there. Drive home (35 miles) & opened up the box to find out our order was wrong. Called the store & supposedly spoke with a manager- she couldn't find our order even after I gave our order #. She told me their mobile ordering hasn't been working correctly and wasn't telling customers when they were out of cookies. Told me she'd try to find the order & call me Thursday (today). No one returned my call today- so I called them again. This time their system was working but the manager I spoke with today said there was nothing she could do for me because the issue occurred yesterday. I asked to speak with a supervisor- I was told she was the only person working. I asked to speak with the owner- she refused to give me their contact info & said if I left a message they would not return my call. I asked her for her name & she wouldn't give it to me. She then told me there's nothing she can do for me & hung up. VERY poor customer service! Wouldn't even give 1 full star- but that's the lowest I can give.
Well still haven't heard anything back over a week from the owner. I went to the online contact and left my phone # and nothing. Im thinking they don't care...
Read moreI like to go every week to try the new flavors and I normally get the minis, the cookies are shown on the screen at the drive thru but you can’t really tell how they actually look like. We asked if we could get the Tres Leches as a mini, she said “no, just the cookies” ok, then we asked if we could get the single one and a pack of minis and when we told her what flavors we wanted she yelled at us saying “MINIS ARE JUST FOR THE COOKIES!”, my bad it doesn’t specify which ones are the cookies and that one looked like a cookie, so I just ordered two regular ones. When we got to the window to pay she said the price to us but she wasn’t very loud, it’s a busy road, there’s a lot of noise, I gave her a $10 because I thought she said $9 and then she yelled at us AGAIN saying “I SAID $12!”. Ok, gave her the correct amount which she ripped out of my hand and had an attitude the whole time she cashed us out. I’ve been in the service industry for almost 10 years and I know some customers make you want to scream at them and have an attitude but I’m sure I wasn’t one of those, maybe she was just having a bad day but definitely keep an eye on those kind of things because I’m sure people don’t want to get yelled at while getting...
Read moreMy sons and I went here today 7/21/23. We had been waiting for this store to open. How I wish we would have just skipped this experience. We went in and we excited and thrilled to see how cute the store was inside. You are able to see the staff making the cookies right in front of you and the smell of fresh baked cookies is amazing. No problems there. Our oder came up, a little quickly, I was a bit surprised by that, but now I see why. My boys and I'm sat in our suv and looked at the box of 6 cookies. Two chocolate chip, one churro, one rocky road, then the chilled cookies, a blueberry cheesecake and a cookie dough. We tried pieces of them all. Gloop!!! Raw cookies!!! We could not pick them up. The middle was runny. We had to use a knife to cut pieces off. I thought maybe because they were warm, no. The sweetness was overly sweet, but RAW?? That's just not ok. We drove from Mfld to do shopping in Wausau, we do this often, so at least this was not a ruined trip. But the drive home was not a good one. A lot of, " my tummy hurts" was said and me saying, " I'm sorry". Definitely will not return. Paying $26 for raw cookies isn't my idea of a good...
