One of the best things is besides he is a local business is that with the video games if for some reason the game is not what you thought it was. He will work with you most of the time. For example...If it's been a short amount of time like a couple days and you come back and it was a $10 game and you exchange it for a different $10 game. I have picked up Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare & South Park: The Fracture But Whole for $6 each for Xbox One. I know they are older but I didn't have them for my Series X. Yet another place that promises fair sales and yet again this place fails to do so. Came in with expectations of getting 30% of low average and in store up to 50%... that was a lie and really confusing because they overpaid for a lot prior. I notified them and made even on my end. Give or take 10 usd, so I came in with another lot of some very desirable switch games and common cib ps2 games. Was told 180 in store which was 30% of value? So I corrected the manager and all of the sudden, He meant to say a $108...which brings it well below 30% cash value. I visit gaming stores in every city I visit and I’m happy to say The Gaming Emporium is one of the best. Glad they are located in my town. My only gripe at first was that it’s located in a mall, but this actually has led to extended hours compared to most game stores. It is also very clean and doesn’t have ‘gamer funk’. I recommend this store to any card gamer or D&D gamer. They carry a lot of role playing miniatures but are a little light on war gaming miniatures, just the basics.
