Reposted my comment, of June 8th. Absolutely shocked from the treatment me and my boyfriend received. We walked into Zales to see if a ring my boyfriend got me was under warranty protection due to the gem falling out and I wanted to see if it was covered for it to be fixed, the lady at first didn't even want to seem to help us when we walked in we told her about the ring and showed her our email receipt from Zales with the order number so she can help us look it up, she kept making statements saying where the ring is from after we already showed her the email with the receipt then said she has to check to see if it was a Zales ring? I never knew Zales didn't sell Zales rings? If we hadn't showed her the emailed receipt that she looked at her self beforehand I wouldn't have questioned her statement but that fact she kept asking if it was a Zales ring after we showed her the receipt was very werid and strange. Immediately got up and was ready to go my boyfriend hung around a bit bit it felt like the sales lady was being disrespectful to us at that point and we left shortly after I don't even know if I have a warranty on my ring yet but I'm going to check elsewhere that lady was rude. She was an older lady with shoulder width white hair I wish I gotten her name because I would like to call and complain about her to treat customers like that was uncalled for. Why else would we walk in Zales with our Zales receipt and Zales ring, if it wasn't a Zales ring? Clearly they have cheap jewelry too since I've had the ring for less then a year and the gem already fell out I've had rings for years elsewhere and never had this issue before, just buy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell not sure how to start...š¤ My fiance surprised me with a ring $$$ not cheap at all because I saw the price by accident š¤¦āāļø anyways 1 week later the diamond fall off. Fine, we took the ring to the store and they fix it. Then we bought a necklace about 2 weeks later it broke. We took it to the store and they fix it. Then we bought a pair of Diamond hoop earrings. I lost one š I guess at the supermarket on Thanksgiving dayš© I noticed weeks earlier that one of the earrings came detached and fall of few times, so I just put it back in, no problem. I really never thought I'm was going to lose the earring š© so expensive omg. I know I should have taken it to the store so they can fix it but yeah I didn't š Then I, so Naive, called the store and a lady answered. I asked her what should I do and she in a very no nice way said, "well, by another pair".
Her answer was very rude. I dont recommend this store or this company to nobody. They should stop selling defective items to people, give a better customer service like showing empathy and pay attention when customers are at the store. Sometimes you go and they don't even say "I will be with you in a moment". They just let you there until you decide to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLucky I gave them 1 star. The only reason I did that was because the initial person who sold me the ring was decent. There jewelry repair person takes forever then doesnāt even fix it right 2x they got it wrong and had to send it back I bought a ring that I didnāt even get to see or touch for two months. Then kept messing up the size of the ring as well as when I picked it up it was dirty (it was brand new SHOULDNT be) on top of that they literally gave me no box nothing to put it in and they was fully aware it was a gift for my husband! When you pay good money for something you expect it done right but at the end they still didnāt do it right ring was still to big but I would have had to wait another 3 minutes weeks to get it resized again and they probably would have messed it up. Now knowing they messed up measurements and I had to wait even longer for my ring they didnāt apologize, they didnāt even try and rush the order to get it fixed.. they really need to start doing there job right instead of just worrying about sales you continue to do that and the customers will eventually go somewhere else! It was completely unacceptable!...
