Banter by Piercing Pagoda — Local services in Town of Wallkill

Just don’t go. They’re all about selling and upcharge, trying to sell insurance for the earrings a and follow up appointments- but the piercing is awful and I fully regret going there and getting the “free” piercing by paying 113$ for these simple earrings I could get for 30 bucks anywhere else. Now I am stuck in the position of whether to tell my super sensitive 9 year old that they screwed up her piercing and she should take it out so we can get it done right. They made one way too close to her existing hole!! It’s obvious right away they messed it up but I didn’t complain because My daughter would have been heartbroken to know they pierced her ears asymmetrically. The piercing is “a free service “ so what would they do? Take the hole out of her body? They can’t do anything. What a shame. Never again- take my advice- don’t go to these sales people, go to a real piercer!! I so regret going here. The studs are what she had done at piercing pagoda- the other bows were done by a real piercer with a hollow needle. I will be pursuing rectification through customer service, and I feel totally confident filing a complaint with a better business bureau and the health department because this ear piercing was done recklessly without care of my daughter’s body-without expertise and symmetry-and this should not happen. This piercing was rushed, and there was no reason for that. My daughter sat still...

Had a good experience here in buying a 14k gold nose ring I believe her name was Deborah. She helped us cash out at the register. Very sweet i felt so comfortable with their costumer service to the point i changed my nose ring there ! Highly recommend...

Went to take my 2 daughters to get their ears pierced. Kat was very helpful and patient with us. She helped keep my daughters as calm as possible as they were both very scared and upset. We appreciate all the help...
