I was very disappointed with the store manager Samantha of how she handled me as a customer. I seen with my own eyes how another customer forgot their 20% off coupon and they were quick to consider them and allow them to do it manually. Then I advice them I accidentally brought the wrong coupon that I also have a 20% off and they made a huge fuss about me not having the coupon. I felt like I was treated unfairly because I am Hispanic the other lady was white and they were quick to be lenient to her and not me. I made a huge order over $100.00 and treated me like I was below their class. Very disappointed and upset if I didn’t have the coupon I wouldn’t even make a big deal out of it but because I do have its unfair how they get to choose and pick who they make these exceptions for, I wanted to make this known. It was meh for me. I was greeted with a friendly hello when I walked in the store. I perused a little. Then when I went to the register to check out no one was there to help me. Then after waiting a couple of minutes I looked around for a clerk. I made eye contact with her as I was still standing at the register. When I turned around I heard her help another customer.
