Upon checking in, the front desk representative Cynthia was extremely rude asking if I needed a handicapped room because I had selected one for the reservation. That is nobody's business on what room is selected. Entering the room, the floors were dirty, fire alarm was hanging by the wires, mold on the walls in the bathroom, there was a large gap between the door and door jam, dead bugs on the wall. In the room next door the smoke alarm kept beeping with a low battery warning. I called Cynthia at the front desk to get moved to a different room and she refused. She stated that she would TRY to fix the alarm. About 20 minutes later I could hear her in the next room mocking me for complaining about the alarm and even making alarm sounds herself.

Room was dirty and very rundown. The homeless people hanging out on the hotel property were friendlier than the staff. No coffee pot in room. No room service. You had to request clean towels. Towels were dirty gray and stained. Sink didn't drain well. Breakfast ran out of orange juice and milk several days. Tried to check out early and get a refund for our future days booked but hotel would not refund our money. Walking on the floor barefoot you could feel the dirt. If there was an elevator to second floor we could not find one. Must climb two flights of stairs to level 2. See photos. Read reviews before booking.

Rewriting review because it seems to have been deleted. I had booked a stay with this hotel in December for a stay in February. It was my boyfriend and I's early valentines day stay while making trips around Arizona and getting away from our other roommates in our home. I had requested the spa room because it is one of the only hotels in Tucson that have a Jacuzzi in suite. Once arriving they gave us a different room, which didnt have a Jacuzzi and had stated they gave that room away already. The general manager had let me know he would discount the room (by $20- which the room was worth A LOT lower than that). I had then told him my bf and I are going to think about our options and we will let him know. My bf and I agreed we were not going to stay in that hotel if it didnt have the Jacuzzi because the cost of the rooms are a lot higher than what they are worth. While looking for other hotels the manager sat down with us and had tried to instill fear in us. Telling us how he "would hate for you both to not have a room to sleep in and have to sleep in your car. It'd dangerous to do that around here".. and other comments of this nature. He that proceeded to sit there and listen to what my bf and I were discussing and I had made him aware that we both actually LIVE in Tucson and we arent worried about not having a place to sleep. The reason for this room was some privacy. This comments angered me so much that I told him I needed a refund and we left. I am beyond disappointed. They need to shut this hotel down or get better staff. I have seen many complaints of having improper rooms being given to them or rooms given to other people. I will not be renting from any hotel owned by Wyndham or...

I have congestive heart failure so I'm terminaly ill. I rented a room and have a service dog for my disability. I am currently houseless so My friend paid for 1 night. The next morning my friend took a little longer then expected to pay for another night. The front desk knocked on my door and told me that if it had not gone through in 10 min she'd be back. During that time my friend successfully paid for another night. I was waiting for her return when I got a phone call from her stating that I was to get my things and get out. I was shocked. I asked why she said the room wasn't paid for. When I told her that it was she told me I was wrong I told her to please recheck. She refused. I started to cry and pleaded with her to tell me what I did wrong she told me the dog was not paid for . I told her she was a service animal. She told me no and that I was not to come back to that hotel again. I again asked her to tell me what I did to deserve getting kicked out of a room that was paid for , in 107 degree heat with CHF and a dog and no where to go. She hung up on me. I called back and begged her to let me stay that there was a misunderstanding she said get out and hung up again. Now I'm sitting here at 1pm on June 28 2024 in the scorching heat with no where to go. It's too hot to walk my dog to any other hotel. What she did was against the law. She should not be in the hospitality business especially if she can't understand basic disability laws or misjudge people and...

You’re better off paying the same price at another hotel w/ better amenities/service. I’ve paid around the same price for most hotels on my road trip and this was by far the worst. If you value a great breakfast, DONT stay here. Where to start..

The room: It was clean, but the A/C in the room smelled musty all night long. It was not a cute smell, thankfully I was only there one night.

The service: The lady receptionist who checked me in at night was pleasant. The male receptionist w/ the glasses didn’t wow me w/ their customer service & that’s funny considering they were on the phone with their boss asking to apply for the assistant manager position. I stood there for a good while, while I listened to him on the phone. It wouldn’t have been a problem, but he didn’t even bother to acknowledge me.

Breakfast: HORRIBLE! For the same price, I’ve had wayyy better options at similar quality hotels. Breakfast ended at 9 and at 8:40, no one was there to make sure that things were properly stocked. Waffle batter was out. Breakfast area was a mess. Just disappointing. Maybe they shouldn’t have receptionist doing receptionist AND breakfast duties if it’s too much for them to handle. Nothing savory on the menu. Availability included: waffles, pop tarts, granola bars, white bread or cinnamon raisin bread, cereal. All breads, pretty much. If you value a nice breakfast,...
