Burger King — Restaurant in Tucson

A lot of the employees at the St Mary's and freeway Burger King have attitudes there's a few very few good ones and they change the rules all the time You asked for extra sauce dipping sauce some will give them to you some will actually charge you the $27 if you ask for a side of something depending on who's working I asked for a side of pickles they won't give them to me some people say they can't others say they will today I was charged 47 cents for three pickles so I don't like the service here at all unless it's the very few employees that I know that work there sad to say I wish there was one that was actually closer that I could go to more often ALSO U FEEL VERY UNSAFE A LOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING VERY CLOSE 2 B. K. JUST FEET AWAY STAYING W/TENTS OR ON FLOOR BY RIVER DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR. U will always see them & also see many going thru trash cans while ur waiting in drive thru, I hv seen many times them smoking or shooting up right B4 my eyes they don't even care 2 hid it anymore. I don't allow my grandkids or my nephews or nieces go w/me anymore 2 pick up food from B. K. there were 2 times that I saw used syringes on the sidewalk as u walk up 2 go inside and the final incident was when my 4yr old grandson got off the car as I was taking my 1 & 2 yr old out of car seats, my grandson ALMOST STEPPED ON A SYRINGE THAT HAD BEEN USED & STILL HAD BLOOD MIXED IN W/WHATEVER ELSE WAS IN IT. Luckily I turned 2 look at him right as he was gng 2 put hs foot down (THE WORST PART IS HE HAD FLIP FLOPS ON OMG!!!!!) I grabbed him without thinking it was a immediate reaction and in dng that I ALMOST MADE HIM FALL so I could have made it worse but THANKFULLY HE DIDN'T FALL OR STEP ON IT but that should have NEVER HAPPENED I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT TAKING KIDS 2 B. K. So very sad what is this...

What happened to the Amazing crew that worked here normally? The morning crew has been absolutely amazingly perfect!! Hopefully ill be updating this review to their originally 5 star serves. Honestly right now im kinda extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted with what just happened. Like Im lucky I even got anything because they randomly with no update on anything decided they are not doing that dine in and take out orders (my order was take out) 36 minutes before they close. I walked because im staying at the hotel next door. I doubt im the only one who does not drives to a place that getting in and out of the car would take more time then walking to it... Also when i got to burger king that was obviously closed, lights off and all, my first reaction was to check the hours. Nothing saying take out was closed on the door. Still said 9pm but it is 8:25 pm now and im pretty sure 8:25 is earlier then 9.. Employees super obviously avoided making eye contact or looking in my direction. Obviously i am not going to start banging on the window like a crazy person lol. I just wanted to show my phone order and ask what to do... So after standing around looking online for answers as to why and what to do for like 5 minutes. I finally realized i should call them. Thankful they gave me my food at the door. Sadly they didn’t have/want to make coffee plus the milkshakes had whip cream even tho i said no whip cream. After all that to have a rude lady bring my food to me was almost so disappointing i lost my appetite. The entire store is crew turned over compared to 6 months ago. Since then I went from an almost everyday customer with my child and family to avoiding going there even though I live just a couple blocks away. I've gotten terrible services at times they flat out handed me the totally wrong order The employee seemed intoxicated and they were extremely rude. Management was joining right in with them and see me tonight really be taking their job seriously compared to the previous staff and management That was working there. Recently I placed an online order and my wife and child went to pick it up. The person behind the counter accused my wife of lying about the order and coming in to steal the food by reading the small print on the ticket attached to the bag behind the counter. All that did was disturb the peace that we were trying to enjoy with our lunch. And it feel likely be the last time we come to that store. The prices of the whole menu went up and the service went down, let me say this again. The price of everything on the menu went up, and the quality of service and experience at this location has went down. A year ago I would have given this...
