Floor Polish Dance Studio — Local services in Tucson

First time there and sadly will be my last. The class dance teacher is also responsible for signing dancers in and collecting payment. Class was suppose to be an hour long, but started 12 min late (because of late arrivals) and ended 6 min early (not sure why). I paid for an hour class and was expecting a full hour dance class (Cardio Party-O) but only got a 40 min class. I understand people are late, but class should not start after EVERYONE arrives (including the late ones), class should start on time because some dancers arrive on time and ready to go and would like a full hour work out! The dance teacher was fun and the music selection was exciting... but I was so frustrated the entire time because the class seemed to center around all the late arrivals... as of course they were up front and helping with the music selection. I only rented this studio no more than 5 times within those 5 I’ve had issues 2 out of those 5. The first one, I show up for my class to teach and we were locked out, my students and I were waiting minute after my class was supposed to start outside in the cold. The second time I booked a time and day for a class and got approved but days later I was told that it has to be canceled because there was an emergency schedule change, she asked me if I wanted to book another day instead, which I couldn’t since that’s my only time off work, I had already announced it to everyone and got everyone on board just to tell them...

Went to my first Cardio Party-o tonight, and had a blast. It was outdoors and the instructor, Marina, made sure everyone was well-spaced and wearing masks the whole time. It felt very safe pandemic-wise. Her energy and enthusiasm were infectious. The music selection was fun and diverse. It seemed like everyone was having a great time.
