I called in a big order close to closing time for all of us working the graveyard shift. They made our order and unbelievable how fast too. The pizza was hot and delicious. The only thing that they don’t provide any more is red pepper flakes and parmigiana cheese. You have to buy them. That’s like ordering French fries and being told ketchup isn’t free. Really Pizza Hut??? Your not a small mom and pop store struggling. If your struggling than you have a manager problem. More waste than profit and high over head. Again how is that the consumer’s fault? Yet the responsibility to cover that falls on us. Or pizza hut is money hungry and will squeeze your last buck out of your pocket by charging for condiments that have always came with pizza in the past. I asked for paper plates seeing how it’s for a bunch of people at my work and we don’t want to eat off the paper towels provided in the bathrooms. I was told that I was lucky that they were gonna give me some this time. Paper plates were provided even if the delivery of pizza was to a home most people get delivery so they don’t have to do the dishes and make a mess. It should be also included in the price is that you pay for pizza can’t even order pizza now and get paper plates. News Flash big box store not everyone orders and has the comforts of a kitchen equip with plates. Cheese or peppers. I know we’re in tough times here but the staff here acts as if they bought the product themselves on their minimum wage dime. the high prices that The consumer pays for anyways it’s a big corporation felt that they could find another way to squeeze more pennies and dimes out of the people I see Pizza Hut not really staying in business that long because there’s too many other pizza places that are not charging for the condiments that everyone puts on their They were good they got our food out fast we didn’t get any cheese or peppers and the talk of the break room was on “what no cheese or peppers Pizza Hut charges for the pizza condiments?” . For the sheer fact that nobody charges for the two condiments that are served with pizza. I would dump Mc Donald’s if they started charging for ketchup. Makes you look either really really cheap or extremely...
Read moreI called in an order for a stuffed crust pizza and the person who answered was rude, I asked if there were any discounts and he said no, I told him that online there were discounts and he said that it wasn’t true, in the past I had issues ordering online and he said that the reason why my online orders were not going thru was because I couldn’t order stuffed crust online. I told him I was going to try again online and ended the call, I placed the order online with a discount, I called the store to verify they got my order, and the same guy answered and said that they didn’t have stuffed crust and that my order didn’t go through, I told him that the charge went through so I need to get what I paid for, then finally after arguing with him for like a minute or two he decides to check if they got my order and it was there, I asked him to verify the price and he did it was a discounted price, not what he was trying to charge me when I initially called. After verifying the price he just told me that it would be ready and for me to go pick it up since it was carry out. The whole interaction since the beginning was really bad, the employee was rude and I don’t understand why I was treated that way and why he was denying me a stuffed crust pizza. That needs to change, you can’t have people like him talking...
Read moreI used coupons that have no specifications on ordering to use them. I ended up paying $80 for 3 pizzas. Went in the next day to speak to the manager. Was told that he wouldn't be in until the next day. Called in the next day and spoke to a female and a male, who refused to give me their name, spoke completely over my words so I did not get a chance to speak. Then was told that the coversation was over and was hung up on. Lol, if the persons I spoke with are in fact the manager and gm, then Pizzahut really shouldn't hire immature, inexperienced children that do not possess the capacity or ability to appropriately interact with customers in a professional, mature fashion. Suggestion: up the level of education that must be completed to apply for a management position to grade 8. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had to deal with in fast food. If it was not for members of their corporate offices calling, apologizing, issuing my refund and promising that the district manager will contact me when he visits the store address these 'manahers' in person, because he couldn't believe I was treated in such a way.
NEVER going back...
