If I could give negative stars, I would. My wife and I have gone in here a few times. She originally found the store and had complained about not being able to get help. We have gone in a couple of times looking for miniatures, paints, board games, and now Pokémon cards. Anytime we both go in, my wife is completely ignored. Any question my wife asked they would turn to me to answer. Any attempt I made to include her in the conversation was ignored. Furthermore, they weren’t helpful in answering our questions and obviously wanted to just go back to their magic game. Showed up for a Pokemon organized play primer tournament, store refused to run the event with the Pokemon Organized Play set minimum amount of players and the acting organizer stated it must be more players. Another player stated POP min required players and the TO turned and said store rules and he cant run it. Confirmed with other Tournament Organizers it should have been ran and reported manually. Wasted gas, time, and money to travel here to earn worlds points and trophy card from Memphis. Players beware this store does not operate under POP rules and guidelines. The shop upcharged the last set of pokemon cards 100%. Pretty much every store did this but I can't help but feel disappointed considering the last set was released at msrp. The issue of scalping is bad enough already but now TPC sponsored card shops are basically becoming sanctioned scalpers themselves. I know msrp is just a suggestion, another suggestion would be not to patronize stores that charge above it. Nothing is being done about the issue of scalping, and nothing will be if we allow ourselves to be taken advantage of for profits.
