Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Victoria

I’ve been to them all, but if I had to choose. I’d say that John Stockbauer an North Navarro is the best. All though in the past two weeks I have been to two Sonics in town when I ordered myself a slush from the app only to find out that supposedly the slush machine is down. This is the 2nd time I heard this from two different locations. Idk if it’s true or if their just all gonna start saying that. It’s not cool because I order my slush ahead and when I get their I’m told it’s not available. Wish their was a way that each location could have the capability of being able to edit their products in real-time to allow the customers ordering online of what’s available always. Please pass this info to your headquarters to get this feature available to managers/ supervisors who would have access to their specific stores web page to edit what’s available or not available so that we are not just blindsided when customers get their. absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a plain double meat burger, with nothing in it. PLAIN. I got it back and there was cheese, so I told the people that the order was incorrect and on the receipt it even says PLAIN, with everything not on it. So, they take it back . They bring it out, I check it. There is lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles , basically everything I said NOT to be on there. So , we press the button another time and tell them that they had messed up again. So they send a girl out that asked how they needed to fix it. LITERALLY JUST MEAT AND BUN! How complicated is it, sorry that was such a hard order that you had to use your brains it must really suck . Honestly whoever is working in the kitchen needs to get their ears checked. Not sure what happened to this location, they used to be the best out there. Seems to be teenagers running the show today. Sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 15 minutes. 2 people ahead of me left with nothing, 2 people behind me went around me, one to the window with no luck and one left completely. 5 others left the stalls with food but didn’t seem happy.
